• Most Wonderful Sound:
  • The Music Sting that plays when you build a tower.
  • Likewise, the sting that plays when you place a Champion on the battlefield.
  • The sound of collecting studs and trophies.
  • The thunking noise that the medals make when you blow up the enemy base ship.
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: Many fans were not happy that the full game was made Apple Arcade exclusive as opposed to being released for both iOS and Android like the beta. It doesn't help that this means they've lost all their progress from the beta.
• Unexpected Character: There are quite a few units in this game that seem very out of the left field. Some examples:
  • The Light Side Anti-Air unit is a flock of porgs. Yes, you read that right, porgs. As in the small, bird-like creatures from The Last Jedi.
  • Likewise, the Light Side's air unit is the Duros Alliance Fighter. Never heard of him? Understandable. He's based on a minifigure released in 2016 that's based on a minor character in Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) (Duros are Cad Bane's species, by the way).
  • Remember Moroff? Your favorite character from Rogue One? No? This game certainly does. He's a Light Side unit carrying a powerful Gatling Gun.
  • Most of the Champions are well known characters who are either key to the movie's plot or are very popular. That's why it's rather jarring that the final Dark Side Champion is Captain Phasma. Yes, she was technically an important character in the Sequel Trilogy but you'd expect representation for the ST to come from Rey or Kylo Ren, not her.^note Though it does make sense when you think about it, as Rey and Kylo would probably be very similar to Luke and Vader respectively and the Devs likely want to keep everything unique.
