  • Accidental Innuendo: From his Roland MA-12C review: "I love me a good thick jack!".
  • Harsher in Hindsight:
    • The E3 2019 Experience video from June 2019 features Clint showing off how one secures a "Media" badge for E3, along with noting all the other things about it, including the proof of identity and the influx of emails and messages that come once a guest's contact information has been listed to the event. That same E3 that the video showcases, 2019, would be the year it was discovered that the ESA, the organization that runs E3, had been listing this information in plain text for years, meaning that that same contact information for the thousands of media badges, including Clint, would eventually be leaked out onto the internet, making Clint's efforts to edit the footage for privacy look even more harsh in hindsight.
      • In the same video, Clint mentions speculations that E3 might not be held at all the following year, especially since both Sony and Microsoft had essentially skipped E3 in 2019 (Microsoft holding their own event close by). There would indeed be no E3 in 2020... due to the coronavirus pandemic.
      • Ultimately, aside from a virtual event in 2021, E3 was discontinued altogether in 2023, thus turning Clint's video into a reportage on the last proper E3 that was ever held.
    • In his second Computer Reset video, Clint mentions that the warehouse has had its windows boarded up due to previous break-ins, while also showing the IBM Executive PCs at one point (with a cameo from The 8-Bit Guy). Not long after the video was posted, the warehouse was once again broken into and the Executive PCs were among the items that were stolen.
  • He Panned It, Now He Sucks!: Braced himself for this kind of response when he called Supernatural the second-worst Sims 3 expansion pack (next to Showtime). He summed it up as being too fantastic for his realistic play style.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: The gag at the end of the Sims 3 Katy Perry Sweet Treats answers a question a certain fellow game-related YouTuber would ask a whole 8 years later; how do some used video games only lose their boxart but nothing else? (Apparently, Scott didn't account for ingestion...)
  • Memetic Mutation: As a result of his Ninja Nanny video, the phrase "Fresh Oats" actually became somewhat of a thing online.
  • Most Wonderful Sound: The distinctive mechanical sounds of the IBM Model M typing the title card at the beginning of most episodes.
  • Squick: During his review of Kid Tech's My First Keyboard, he spreads peanut butter all over the keyboard to test the claim that it's "peanut butter proof", before casually typing on it. And then he sprays chocolate sauce all over it before using it again. And then he pours milk over it, playing Duke Nukem 3D before finally washing the board. Eugh.
