Trivia / Scooby-Doo! and the Loch Ness Monster

• Fake Scot: Omnipresent, and almost inevitable. Grey DeLisle as Shannon Blake makes a great attempt at a Scots accent (with a few detours through Ireland) but gives herself away with "Lock Ness"^note (it's pronounced with a throat-clearing H)
• The Original Darrin: Grey DeLisle returns to voice Daphne since Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase after being replaced by Heather North in the previous two films.
• The Other Darrin: In the French dub, this is the first installment in the Scooby-Doo Direct-to-Video Film Series where Velma isn't voiced by Chantal Macé. Starting with this movie, she has been voiced by Caroline Pascal instead.
• Recycled Script: The Loch Ness Monster and a spooky castle had been done before in the The Scooby-Doo Show episode "A Highland Fling with a Monstrous Thing". (Though not the The New Scooby-Doo Movies episode "The Loch Ness Mess"; despite the name and the presence of a sea serpent, that episode was set in Boston.)
