- Creator Backlash: In spite of the brief success, MGA is all but outright stated to have regretted making the toys. As of 2022, the MGA Entertainment website no longer makes any mention of the franchise and the official YouTube channel is private (so far the only MGA YouTube channel to be so as official videos from other discontinued toylines such as Bratzillaz and Novi Stars are still up).
- Creator's Oddball: While MGA Entertainment is no stranger to baby dolls, especially those that double as Blind Bag Collectables, this line sticks out since all of the lines released under the brand (except for QT Unicorns, Cutie Tooties, and Dancing Unicorn) all have a slime-making kit element. This is similar to the toyline of Project Mc² (which MGA produced), each doll came with a small science experiment.
- Usually, the main line would receive a Spin-Off Babies line (such as Bratz Babyz and Lalaloopsy Babies). In the case of Poopsie, it recieved two High School AU spin-offs instead, Rainbow Surprise and Rainbow High. Rainbow High in turn became its own brand, overshadowing the original Poopsie.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: As of 2022, the official YouTube channel has been privated, the music video, which was promoted to hell-and-back on MGA's other channels when it first released, is gone from official uploads due to a lawsuit from The Black Eyed Peas (whose song "My Humps" was a prime basis for), and the website link redirects to the L.O.L. Surprise! website instead. The only access to official video content would have to be reuploads (which due to the reception it got from older people is nigh-impossible).
