• The Other Darrin:
  • Justeaze Lizrich von Einzbern was first played by Sanae Kobayashi in Fate/Apocrypha anime, but here is played by Sayaka Ohara, the voice of Irisviel von Einzbern. Ditto for the English dub where her Apocrypha voice actor Laura Post was replaced with Irisviel's actor, Bridget Hoffman.
  • For the theatrical release of Presage Flower's English dub, Sella was voiced by Julia McIlvaine, but for the home video release◊ Rachael Lillis (under her Rachael McCabe alias) returned from Unlimited Blade Works to voice her.
• The Shelf of Movie Languishment: The theatrical release of spring song was delayed from its original March 28th, 2020 release date to April 25th, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On April 8th, it was then delayed yet again to an unspecified date, which was later announced to be August 15th.
• Schedule Slip:
  • At the end of presage flower's premier showing in October 2017, there was a preview of lost butterfly showing it was going to come out in 2018. Another trailer for lost butterfly released in May 2018 still showed it was going to come out the same year. However, the next trailer that was released in July 2018 revealed it had been pushed back to January 2019. By extension, this has also delayed the trilogy's completion (it was originally planned to be finished in 2019, with one film coming out each year in 2017/2018/2019).
  • The third film, spring song, was set to be released March 28th, 2020. The Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic then delayed the film’s release to April 25th, and then again to August 15th, making it a "summer song".
