• Creator Backlash: She didn't enjoy her time on Port Charles, a spinoff of General Hospital, because of the long shooting hours and hectic schedule. When interviewed about it, she said she would never do a Soap Opera again.
• Friendship on the Set:
  • Although they were enemies on-screen, her and Joy Giovanni were actually good friends backstage. They were the only two of the Divas to live in LA at the time, and so they travelled together, and one would have to hide on the car floor when arriving at arenas in order to preserve kayfabe. Joy even wanted to leave in solidarity with her, but stayed because she had a family to support.
  • She also said that JBL was very good to her and taught her a lot about the business.
• God Never Said That: Two incidents with Randy Orton.
  • It was reported that he found flyers from when she had worked in a strip club, posted them all over the locker room and ribbed her for it. What actually happened was that a photo she had done for a catalogue years previously was used in an advertisement for the club, and they laughed it off, because the photo had actually been stolen and so she sued.
  • It was also reported that he left a parting gift in her handbag, which is why she left. Not only did this happen to Sable, it happened in 1999 before Orton was even in the company.
• Hostility on the Set:
  • Like most of her fellow contestants, she did not get along with Carmella DeCesare, who she described as "mean" and says she had to tell her to "shut her mouth". She gave her quite the on-camera roasting during Diss the Diva.
  • While the animosity between her and Randy Orton was misreported, she did describe an incident on a plane back from Japan, where he knocked her out of her chair "like a linebacker" and shouted "you're gonna learn, bitch!" after she injured herself training and had taken two Ibuprofen from the men's locker room (on the trainer's orders mind you).
  • On the same flight, Edge poured a drink over her while she was asleep. He tried to deny this, and they got into a shouting match in the aisle. On arriving back in America, she handed in her notice and left the company.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Before she went into wrestling, she recalls getting extremely close to being cast in several films for Miramax, but they went with names instead.
  • She hadn't intended to audition for the Diva Search and only knew about it because she ran a modelling agency and sent girls she represented to the casting. The casting director then asked her to come in. Her assistant was a huge wrestling fan and convinced her to do it.
  • Although the match on SmackDown between Amy and Joy didn't happen because of the kidnapping angle, Joy revealed years later that it was building towards an actual match at the No Way Out PPV that year, and that both of them were training for months. When Amy opted to leave the company, the 'Rookie Diva of the Year' contest, which Joy took part in and won, was created to fill that timeslot.
  • Right before she left the company, Amy had also been scanned to have an action figure made and was planned to appear in the Smackdown vs Raw 2006 video game.
