The Bears have a hectic trip to the supermarket, while a Planet Earth like narrator describes it all.

Tropes:

  • Bring My Brown Pants: Implied to have happened to Grizzly while the forklift spins out of control.
  • Chekhov's Gun: Near the beginning, the Bears are getting ready to watch the Pug Bowl on TV when they discover they need to go grocery shopping. Near the end of the episode, they accidentally turn on the TV while fighting over the last bit of food in the house, and the sight of the Pug Bowl calms them down.
  • Continuity Nod: The Bears almost revert to their savage states when they get super hungry, just like in "Primal".
  • Cuteness Proximity: The fight between the Bears over the granola bar is broken up by the sight of the Pug Bowl game.
    • Earlier, Ice Bear immediately gives up trying to get the last bag of fish sticks from a lady at the supermarket when her young son shows up all excited about getting fish sticks.
  • Documentary Episode: Specifically, a parody of Planet Earth.
  • Doomed Supermarket Display: While trying to flirt with the stock girl, Panda accidentally knocks over a cereal display. The stock girl mentions that she's toppled a few displays herself, and then Panda reveals that he once knocked over several shelves with an inflatable mattress.
  • Potty Emergency: Grizzly has to go to the bathroom at the supermarket, and ends up on the backroom, where the only bathroom has a keypad lock. As he tries to open it with a forklift, a guard sees him and tries to stop him. At the end of the commotion, Grizz ends up relieving himself on the forklift's seat.
  • "Shaggy Dog" Story: Once the bears get to the register, it turns out none of them have any money to pay for their groceries. Panda's attempt to weasel out of it only makes the stock girl he'd been flirting with disappointed at him.
  • Special Edition Title: Instead of the standard Title Card, the episode begins with a spoof of the opening of Planet Earth.
  • Wildlife Commentary Spoof: The narrator describes the bear's actions as if they were real bears in the wild, when in reality they are just going to the supermarket.
