Charlie meets a fellow sasquatch named Ralph. But soon discovers this new friend is bad news.

Tropes:

  • A Million Is a Statistic: Ralph uses the fact that there are so many humans compared to his and Charlie’s species as justification for killing them for kicks.
  • Berserk Button: Ralph baits Panda into an arm-wrestling match by making fun of Panda's favorite manga.
  • Bigfoot, Sasquatch, and Yeti: Ralph has white fur, is from up north, and has a cold snow reception with Ice Bear, all heavily suggesting he's a yeti rather than a bigfoot like Charlie. He's also confirmed to be a yeti by Daniel Chong on his twitter.
  • Call-Back: Charlie is still friends with the family of snakes from "Charlie and the Snake".
  • Chain of People: The bears make a chain to save Charlie from falling off a cliff.
  • Deadly Prank: One of Ralph's ideas for a "prank" involves untying a rope bridge while people are still crossing.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Despite Charlie's distrustful and distant behavior towards humans, he proves to be unwilling to kill them even after all the times they've harassed him.
  • Gone Swimming, Clothes Stolen: Ralph and Charlie do this to two people. With Charlie wearing the guy's clothes and Ralph wearing the girl's.
  • It Amused Me: Why Ralph is such a Jerkass.
  • Jerk Jock: Ralph is obnoxious, acts like he's better than everyone else, a bully to everyone around him, and has huge muscles that he isn't afraid to show off. He fits this trope perfectly.
  • "Just Joking" Justification: Ralph uses this as an excuse for all his Jerkass actions. Including trying to straight up murder a group of bridge-crossing forest tourists.
  • Kick the Dog: Ralph literally kicks an innocent snake, and pays dearly for it. Before that, he leaves Charlie to die with the tourists from his Deadly Prank out of boredom just because he was "too soft".
  • "King Kong" Climb: The promo image, as shown above, with Ralph as the giant and Charlie as the Damsel in Distress.
  • Lack of Empathy: Ralph doesn't comprehend why killing people as a joke would be wrong, pointing out there are millions of them compared to his and Charlie's endangered species, but is also willing to leave Charlie to die with them when the latter disagrees and tries to save them.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: At the end, Ralph kicks one of Charlie's snake friends, and gets attacked by the others as an act of justice for trying to kill some tourists and leaving Charlie to his potential death before the fade out.
  • Literal Cliffhanger: Charlie hangs from the edge of a cliff as he holds the suspension bridge that Ralph pulled off, but Ralph refuses to help him up and leaves him to die. Charlie starts to slip and would have fallen to his death had it not been for the bears rescuing him.
  • Misplaced Wildlife: Yetis are known to be sighted in Asia rather than North America. He is implied to travel though.
  • Not So Similar: Charlie and Ralph are both tall, hairy, bipedal humanoids, annoyingly fun loving, and distrustful and bigoted towards humans. But beyond that, they have nothing in common, especially in a moral sense on their view of humans.
  • Politically Incorrect Villain: While Ralph does treat everyone (except for Charlie initially) like garbage, humans appear to be his favorite victims.
  • Scary Stinging Swarm: One of Charlie's pranks to impress Ralph is throwing a beehive at a guy while he's fishing.
  • Toxic Friend Influence: Charlie does a lot of mean stuff in order to impress Ralph.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: When Charlie tells Ralph that his bridge prank is dangerous, Ralph retorts by saying that throwing a beehive, which was Charlie's idea, was also dangerous.
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are: The bears tell Charlie that he and Ralph are nothing alike and reassure Charlie that he is still a good person.
