John Doe, an amnesiac milkman in a post-apocalyptic world, is offered a chance to live inside a luxurious walled city if he completes one final delivery. On the way he runs into a hitchhiker who just lost her brother to Agent Stone, a Rabid Cop obsessed with restoring law to the country.

- A Scar to Remember: After Loud saves Quiet's life by taking a bullet, Agent Stone has his men press a brand into her arm so people will remember what happens to those who break his law.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Raven appears like a kind wife and mother while trying to convince John to take her offer. Once she's gone, she drops the mask. She disgustedly hands "her" baby off to one of her cops and tells her "husband" that his payment is in her apartment before shooing him away.
- Flipping the Bird: When John drives Loud and Quiet away from his car, Quiet flips him off with her severed finger.
- Groin Attack: When a vulture tries to jump onto the roof of John's car, he lands with his crotch facing the roof mounted gun. John kills him by shooting him in this position.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Stone's men give Loud and Quiet a pistol with a single round. Either one of them commits suicide or Stone kills them both. Loud kills himself for his sister.
