Sir reviews this obscure, but enjoyable, film.
Tropes:
- Cue the Sun: The poster.
- Destructive Savior: Just like in the film, the police machine-gun the whole house, despite there being innocents inside. Needless to say, this is noticed.
- Disney Villain Death: Discord, on the poster, is strapped to a slab of rock along with the drums (with a sign stating 'Return to Sender). He doesn't look happy about it.
- Light-Flicker Teleportation: When the lights come back on during one scene, there's a strange eyeball monster in the room.
- Product Placement: Parodied. There's a commercial for 'the Harry Warden' look. Harry Warden, as in the main antagonist of My Bloody Valentine. Pop music is even playing in the background.
- Soundtrack Dissonance: The 'product placement' parody features the song "Happy" by Pharrell Williams...while Harry Warden goes on the rampage.
- Take That!: Averted. Sir looks like he'll attack 'One More Day' (the Spider-Man comic), but he relents.
- ss2sonic's Rule 34 gallery, however...
- He even gets booed out by trying to attack "Ren Seeks Help". Though that's born out of overusing 'take that's.
- Tampering with Food and Drink: The daughter of the film claims that hot pockets were the result of her fever.
- Tome of Eldritch Lore: ss2sonic's Rule 34 page is made to be like this, complete with demonic speak!
