With Coach Keck out of commission and gym class canceled, Lincoln and Clyde take full advantage by attending a show hosted by Rip Hardcore, only to accidentally get Rip fired from his job. Out of guilt, they let Rip stay with the Louds, but they soon find out he's more trouble than it's worth.
- Beard of Sorrow: Rip grows one while hiding in the dumpster after getting fired from his job.
- Bread, Eggs, Breaded Eggs: Leni's vision board has a photo of herself on a unicorn in Paris, another of herself on a date with Timothée Chalamet, and another of herself and Timothée Chalamet on a unicorn outside of Paris.
- Continuity Nod:
- Lincoln points out the same stage he once read his idol speech in "Home is Where the Hero Is".
- Just like in A Loud House Christmas, Rita is attracted to Rip's hunky self, much to Lynn Sr.'s displeasure.
- Dumb Muscle: Rip is definitely macho, but he's also incredibly dense. As Lisa and Lucy respectively put it, he fails to understand basic idioms and is a flat-earther.
- Exposed to the Elements: Lynn Sr. sets the AC to 44 degrees Fahrenheit to get Rip to put on a shirt. Unfortunately, Rip is so macho he is impervious.
- Fingore: Some poor kid gets his fingers ripped off by Rip's hawk.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Lincoln and Clyde accidentally get Rip fired from his job. Eventually, after Rip catches on to them, his first act as their gym teacher is to join the other kids in pelting them with dodgeballs as punishment.
- Scooby Stack: Lynn Sr., Leni, Lucy, and Lisa do a live-action variant, peeking into Lincoln's bedroom as soon as Lincoln wakes up from his Nightmare Sequence proclaiming he's going to get Rip a job.
- Stage Name: Rip Hardcore's name is established here as one; his real name is Stanley Bunch. Once Stanley is fired, the Rip Hardcore name is passed on to someone else.
- The Thing That Would Not Leave: While staying with the Louds, Rip proves to be a nuisance to their lives, devouring their entire food supply and hogging the bathroom.
- Walking Shirtless Scene: For the first time in Loud House live-action media, Rip displays his shirtless self from the animated series, spending his days at the Loud House with his tank top off. Lynn Sr. is jealous.
