- The Drag-Along: Chad during Joel's stunt at the park and isn't even trying to cover when Miss Fairweather yells at them.
- Finishing Move: For the first time, we see a monster using one! We also get to see the Omega Megazord use the Lightspeed Megazord's sword for this effect.
- Incest Subtext: Once Angela Fairweather and Clark Fairweather's actual relationship is revealed every interaction before that moment is suspect.
