  • Addled Addict: Meth is shown to be corroding Paradise, and Mayor Karen Crawford wants it to stay that way simply because her voters are all meth addicts and if she keeps it legalized she can stay in power and at least have a job. Karen opens up a MethDonald's which sells thinks like MethNuggets and injection needles containing meth. Grimmeth (a take on Grimmace) is such a meth addict who begs for MethNuggets, offering to blowjob Thester if he gets some. Thester takes up on that offer, but regrets it since Grimmeth was too hard with the teeth.
  • The Bad Guy Wins: For now. Fitz wins the mayor election and takes over Paradise, bans police activity and declares open season on the Paradise PD.
  • Black Comedy Rape: After Hopson is revived back to life from Hell, he took advantage of all of Gina, Dusty and Bullet's corpses sexually with the board game "Tea Bag the Corpse". Cue all three of them spitting and cleansing their mouths.
  • Boredom Montage: Back at the police station, Dusty, Gina and Hopson are bored with nothing to do since Karen won't let them arrest meth traffickers which is the prevalent crime in their town. Hopson offers they play sexual games like "Hungry Hungry Dildos" (Hungry Hungry Hippos), "Erect 4" (connect 4) and his favorite, "Tea Bag the Corpse".
  • Humiliation Conga: Fitz having to make love to a dolphin, pretend to be in love with her, and ultimately marry her so that flipper people become eligible to vote for him as mayor.
  • Real Joke Name: Karen mentions that she's getting beaten in the polls by a joke candidate named "Deez Nuts". It turns out that Deez Nuts is the guy's last name.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Outnumbered and outgunned as Fitz and his drug cartel take over Paradise, Randall declares that Paradise PD retreat somewhere safe and he picks Brickleberry as their new asylum.
  • Sequel Hook: Brickleberry and Paradise are revealed to only be 50 miles apart. Randall drives his fellow officers there as asylum, claiming they'll just have to live there forever and never return to Paradise now that Fitz is in power.
  • Straw Misogynist: Fitz's main offer for the town to vote for him is that so they don't have to vote for a woman.
  • Taking the Bullet: Randall at the end to save Kevin from Fitz.
