In the Season 5 premiere, Sarah strives to rescue Cosima while struggling to survive on the island herself. Elsewhere: Cosima reunites with Delphine.

- I Have Your Wife: Maddie promises not hurt a single clone. Art on the other hand...
- Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Helena accidentally gets impaled on a stick while saving Donnie from a Neolution agent.
- Instant Sedation: Sarah gets shot with a tranquilizer and goes down within seconds. Possibly justified, given that Sarah is exhausted and injured, and the adrenaline keeping her upright was already fading.
- Multinational Team: The village, Revival, has members from all over the world. One of Delphine's patients is a little girl from Afghanistan.
- Long-Lived: P.T. Westmoreland claims to be 170 years old.
- Pet the Dog: Rachel injects the stem-cell line into Cosima's uterus for her, hopefully curing her of the clone disease.
- Shame If Something Happened: Maddie shows Art a picture of his daughter while pressing him for information on the clones.
- Who Names Their Kid "Dude"?: One of the residents of Revival is a girl named Mud.
