- Capture and Replicate: This is what Rita and Zedd do in this episode by capturing Billy in the dark dimension and sending an evil clone in his place to steal the other Rangers' morphers and communicators.
- Exact Words: A trapped Billy demands Goldar to give back his wrist communicator. He happily gives it... to the evil Billy.
- Irony: Violet made a statue of Billy as a Power Ranger (colored gold), cause she believes he has the qualities to be one. Bulk and Skull laughs at the idea, while Billy was flattered.
- No Indoor Voice: Rita screams at Zedd to watch the action unfold. An irritated Zedd remarks that her voice could peel paint.
