Autumn has arrived, and Daikonsnote are rampaging throughout the city, or specifically, Daikon Wald manages to manipulate disposable items to harass society. Meanwhile, Flint and Magine meet a little girl named Yuna who is trying to look for something. Will they be able to find what Yuna is looking for amidst the chaos? And why are these daikons so hard to defeat?!
Tropes
- Beware the Silly Ones: Daikon Wald's power is based on the adage of not throwing out the leaves and stems of a daikon, which are also edible. Somehow this manifests in its Urami Noroshi being able to animate things that the victim has thrown away, be it garbage, dolls, daikons, Kudacks, or even the entire world of Kikaitopia.
- The Cameo: Daikon Wald is voiced by Hiroyuki Muraoka, the suit actor for Ijirude.
- Cliffhanger: The ending has Boccowaus and Gege discussing a new scheme, one that involves Hakaizer.
- Easily Forgiven: After Juran and Gaon evolved the Kudakkus into Kudaiters instead of destroying them, the Kudaiters express gratitude and immediately give up fighting the Zenkaigers before ascending to the afterlife.
- Malaproper: Juran and Gaon erroneously state Magiranger’s power up spell as “Giruma Magi Magica”, which causes the Kudakkus that were essentially turned into Revanant Zombies by Daikon Wald power to evolve into Kudaiters, before they give up on fighting the Zenkaigers in gratitude for not being destroyed this time and ascend to the afterlife.
- Noodle Incident: The episode opens on Kaito, Flint, and Vroon returning from a search for Mitsuko in Renaitopia. Flint accuses Vroon of having been more focused on the world than searching, to which the latter takes offense.
- Shout-Out: The premise is one to Attack of the Killer Tomatoes!
