Kaeloo creates a day called "Smile Day", where smiling is mandatory. For various reasons, her plan fails.
"Let's Play Keep Smiling" contains the following tropes:
- The Dog Bites Back: Pretty asks Kaeloo to smile for a picture and posts it on the internet because it will make her followers happy, but Kaeloo soon finds out that she had food in her teeth and Pretty's intention was to humiliate her. This, coupled with other acts of bullying Pretty has done in the past, spurs Kaeloo to retaliate. In the end, Pretty enters a contest where the person with the best smile wins. Kaeloo, one of the judges, openly makes a spectacle of how Pretty tried bleaching her teeth and badly failed, making them look ugly, and proceeds to publicly declare that she is definitely not the winner.
- Happiness Is Mandatory: With an Evil Laugh, Kaeloo informs the audience that having a smile on your face on Smile Day is obligatory, not optional.
- I Have No Son!: Played for Laughs. Pretty is in a bad mood and refuses to allow Eugly to be happy because she herself isn't. Kaeloo asks them to smile for a picture, and Pretty says that if Eugly smiles, she will no longer accept her as her sister.
- Karma Houdini Warranty: After the events of Episode 118, Pretty finally pays for her actions.
- Kick the Dog: Pretty posts an embarrassing photo of Kaeloo on the internet despite the latter not having done anything bad to her.
- Never My Fault: Mr. Cat's bullying of Quack Quack leads to Kaeloo hitting him, which was quite justified. Instead of accepting that it was his fault for instigating the fight, Mr. Cat spends the rest of the episode giving Kaeloo the Silent Treatment and refusing to even make eye contact with Kaeloo, because he thinks it was her fault.
- Silent Treatment: After Kaeloo beats Mr. Cat up, he spends the rest of the episode refusing to talk to her, or even look at her, because he's still mad at her.
- The Tooth Hurts: Stumpy spends the entirety of the episode with a toothache. At the end, Serguei punches him, sending him flying, and he crashes into a tree, making his front teeth fall out.
- Toothy Bird: Quack Quack has teeth in this episode.
