Harley has trouble fitting in with the team, Jim Gordon gets a job as a security guard at the Legion of Doom, and Ivy gets a PR team just when she's trying to mentor three environmental-powered types.

- The Bus Came Back: Not counting The Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour comic, Harley's hyenas turn up for the first time since the start of Season 2.
- Cliffhanger:
- Ivy's mentees tried to implement their plan, but something went wrong and they want Ivy's advice on a second attempt, only for her to brush them off for her PR tour.
- Nightwing is spotted hanging out in the tree above the cabin, only to fall over into the campfire in front of Harley and Barbara, seemingly dead.
- Continuity Nod: Nora mentions that she had sex with Tefé's dad, Swamp Thing.
- Exposed to the Elements: Most of the ice villains we see partying in the snow-covered mountain forest, are in their underwear, with the exception of Blue Snowman. Justified as most of them are immune to the cold.
- Groin Attack: Volcana scorches Gordon's crotch for being a creep, exposing his underwear beneath.
- Married to the Job: To an almost disturbing degree. Gordon is in a nice cabin about to have sex with his wife, but gets offered a position as a rent-a-cop for the Legion of Doom that's so appealing to him that he ditches his wife on the spot. He is just that desperate to enforce the law in any capacity, no matter how menial and for whom.
- Mundane Utility: Supergirl has a day job using her heat vision for LASIK.
- Screams Like a Little Girl: Nightwing gives out a high-pitched squeal when he catches Harley's hyenas fighting over his clue book.
- Stealth Pun: The episode ends with the reveal that Nightwing has been killed. In other words, Dick got iced.
- Title Drop: The title comes from a note Barbara Sr. left for her daughter about going off to sleep with the ice villains since Gordon ditched her on the mountain.
- Villainous Cheekbones: Parodied with Lex, who has ridiculously high cheekbones since leaving the moon, apparently the result of falcon DNA.
- You Need to Get Laid: Harley goes through Batgirl's room for clues, but the only thing she discovers is that she doesn't own a vibrator. She doesn't directly address the obvious, but she and Alysia offer some rather pointed commentary.Alysia: Explains a lot.
