Fed up with Egon not showing her any attention, Janine resorts to making him jealous by dating a handsome Hispanic man, who turns out to be a bug-like monster in search of a queen.

- Big Creepy-Crawlies: Cohila. He looks like a giant roach with teeth. In truth, he's actually based on the Earwig.
- Face Full of Alien Wing-Wong: Cohlia implants eggs inside the thieves.
- Gory Discretion Shot: We don't see how the Crawlers come out of the thieves. It's already confirmed they go through the mouth and the only thing we do see is the theives' screams followed by the Crawlers moving around their bodies.
- Honey Trap: Cohila disguises himself as a tall, handsome man to seduce Janine to his side and make her his Queen.
- I Have You Now, My Pretty: At first, Cohila wanted to convert Kylie but chose not to. He then chooses Janine and kidnaps her and transforming her into bug humanoid hybrid.
- "I Know You Are in There Somewhere" Fight: Egon tries to woo Janine back to him. It at first didn't seem to work until Janine springs her trap on Cohila.
- Operation: Jealousy: Janine only goes out with "Greg" to get Egon's attention.
- Shout-Out: Cohila uses the name "Gregor Samsa" in his human disguise.
