Now loading tropes:

• Adults Are Useless: Actually averted for once. The judge sentences the count to jail for spanking an innocent child.
• Bait-and-Switch Silhouette: The judge and his wife have silhouettes that look remarkably like Wink and Fibb's, which Sector V uses to their advantage.
• Battle Discretion Shot: After Count Spankulot learns of Sector V's deception, he furiously rushes to spank them off-screen, which continues into the "end transmission" screen. It also counts as a Scream Discretion Shot.
• Beware the Silly Ones: Count Spankulot demonstrates psychic abilities when he uses it to effortlessly crush Wink and Fibb's latest Super Chair mecha.
• Early-Installment Weirdness: Spankulot is sent to normal jail in this episode. Later episodes would establish the KND Arctic Prison, which is where the KND's Rogues Gallery would be jailed.
• Five-Second Foreshadowing: Before it's revealed Count Spankulot was tricked into spanking the judge and his wife instead of Wink and Fibb, their hair colors (white, whereas the real Wink and Fibb have brown hair) are briefly shown.
• Giant Foot of Stomping: Fibb and Wink's mecha has one, dedicated to stomping on all the playgrounds it possibly can.
• Hollywood Law: The judge is shown sentencing Count Spankulot for breaking into his house and assaulting him and his wife. Providing over a trial for a crime that one was a victim of is strictly prohibited due to the unavoidable conflict of interest involved.
• Idiotic Partner Confession: After Sector V successfully tricking Count Spankulot into spanking the Judge in order to get rid of him and Nigel puts on an ignorant act, a confused Numbuh 3 asks why he's acting like that when they really set him up. Not only that, but as her team tries to shut her up, she also reveals that they're the ones who tricked him into wrongfully spanking Carlos in the first place.
• Play-Along Prisoner: Spankulot could easily use his powers to escape incarceration, but he willingly lets himself remain in prison out of guilt. Only upon learning that he was set up by Sector V does he not bother to go along with the act anymore.
• Stealth Pun: Numbuh 3 catches Count Spankulot in her room spanking one of her Rainbow Monkeys. She caught him spanking the monkey.
• The Thing That Would Not Leave: Sector V regards Spankulot as this.
• Wham Line: At the end of the episode, Numbuh 3 blurts out that Sector V were the ones that tricked Spankulot into spanking Carlos.
