The Watcher:
- The shot of the mask coming out from behind the tree is pretty scary. Then, he looks back, and the face is gone. You can't help but wonder, was the killer ever really there?
- Then, the protagonist is shoved from behind. Scared, he makes one more round around the tree, only to look to his side and see that same masked figure standing there.
Sleep Tight (Reimagined)
- The shot of the killer descending the stairs is genuinely pretty chilling. You can hear the kids laughing and joking in the background, unaware that the story they told just came true. The music does a pretty good job of giving you that feeling of dread, with the strings playing in dissonant intervals reminiscent of Psycho.
- One kid decides to be brave and check behind the shower curtains for the killer, but doesn't find him. He then turns around and finds himself face to face with the killer. This is a pretty good scare in a video that doesn't take itself too seriously.
- A few kills in Sleep Tight are pretty brutal. One kid has his foot sliced open, then he's thrown to the ground and is stabbed right through the head with a Sickening "Crunch!". Another kid is stabbed a total of 15 times.
The Mario Thanksgiving:
- The scene where Mario and Luigi are ambushed is pretty suspense inducing. Mario and Luigi are talking, then right as Luigi's about to get to the point, you see the door fling open by itself. Mario and Luigi are caught off-guard, and we suddenly see a POV shot from above Mario's head. Luigi, frightened, isn't able to warn Mario before the thing above him drops down and smashes into him. The thing rushes at Luigi, all while his screams get more frantic. Chilling.
The Mario Party: Family Feud!
- Donkey Kong Jr's monologue is genuinely pretty creepy. All while he's pointing a gun at Mario.Alright, you know what?! Fine. Fine, that's absolutely fine, Mario!! But make sure tonight to sleep with one eye open. You may get a surprise that you'll never forget. I mean -- Ooh, ooh, ah, ah...
