Tropes in high heels:

  • Early-Bird Cameo: Future guitarist Bruce Kulick plays on "Lonely Is The Hunter" and "Murder In High Heels".
  • Femme Fatale: The subject of "Murder In High-Heels".
  • Intercourse with You: "Heaven's On Fire", about a guy having sex, and may or may not have inspired a large amount of the sex dialogue seen in all kinds of fandoms' fanfic sex scenes.
  • Lyrical Cold Open: "Heaven's On Fire".
  • Minimalistic Cover Art: Just the band name, the album title, and some animal pelts.
  • Naughty by Night: "Thrills in the Night" tells the story of a woman who works a 9-to-5 job but moonlights as a hooker.
  • One-Word Title: "Animalize".
  • Pep-Talk Song: "Get All You Can Take".
