What the Witch deems as the most important thing...has finally come to light.

Episode 1
  • Laura, despite desiring to assemble the Pretty Cure to become the next queen, still tries to get Manatsu to escape when the Yaraneeda captures her; for all her ego, Laura is (most likely) still concerned for Manatsu's safety. Also, the ending of the episode, where Manatsu and Laura befriend each other.
Episode 2
  • Laura and Manatsu leave each other after a quarrel. When Manatsu feels guilty about lashing out at Laura, her ring glows due to a Yaraneeda rampage. As such, she leaves her club orientation to rescue Laura; this shows how much Manatsu cares for Laura. After the battle, Laura and Manatsu reconcile and smile at each other.
Episode 3
  • Sango is encouraged by Manatsu and Laura to believe in her own choices. She finally does so and the end of the episode shows the two human girls becoming closer friends who resolve to do their best, even as Pretty Cures.
Episode 4
  • Manatsu complimenting Minori on a story the latter wrote. Sadly, the latter brushes it off. Still, Manatsu and her two friends try to motivate the stoic girl; they never gave up on her at all. By the end, Minori finally regains her confidence, befriends the trio and touches Laura's tail for the first time.
Episode 5
  • Asuka warming up to her four new friends. Manatsu even contributes to it by handing her some snacks she bought. With that, Asuka returns the favor by defending them against Numeri's Yaraneeda and befriending the group.
Episode 6
  • A group of Aozora School alumni going the distance to help their juniors (i.e. our four main heroes) set up Manatsu's club. It goes to the point where even the student council president (reluctantly) accepts it. Just because the four alumni girls aren't in that school anymore doesn't mean they can't help others in their school.
    • The four heroines going out their way to help said alumni group in a search earlier in the episode also counts. Those girls don't know much about them, other than the fact that they used to study there, and they still offer their aid. As such, said alumni helping the girls get their club application approved could be interpreted as the group returning the favor.
    • Why were the four alumni girls searching for their penguin? It had a locket containing a memorial picture of them back when they studied in Manatsu's current school. The group of four seeing that memory is enough to warm your heart.
  • Despite being villains, Numeri still acts as a mother figure to Elda, inviting her to sit on her lap while also stroking her hair.
Episode 7
  • The ending features everyone bonding over some treats from the Grand Ocean Kingdom Kururun delivered to Laura. It's topped by a group photo of the whole Pretty Cure team, Laura and the seal. Said photo is sent back to the Mermaid Queen.
Episode 8
  • The ending has everyone enjoying their own bento together. Then there's Manatsu who makes dinner for herself and her mother. Filial piety at its best, even in a franchise like Pretty Cure.
Episode 9
  • Even though the scene is leading up to a rather climactic episode, it's still very heartwarming to see how Chongire, Numeri and Elda behave among each other. Chongire even gives Elda a treat as she enjoys it.
  • Asuka, Minori and Sango reflecting on how Manatsu helped them to Yuna who is not so certain of her abilities in a film she's starring in. Manatsu changed their lives for the better, so her friends could see the world from a different perspective and recount those experiences to return the favor. It helps Yuna to get acting at her best when the filming officially begins at the end of the episode.
Episode 10
  • Manatsu's friends trying to wake up Manatsu. The power of friendship at play here, despite it all being in vain...
  • When Manatsu finally regains her motivation on her own, she apologizes to her friends and states she wants to try everything they offer her. Sweet! She even tells Laura that being a Pretty Cure was also the best and hugs the mermaid. Awwwww...
Episode 11
  • Everyone enjoying the sand art contest, including Manatsu and her friends even though they did not win. Those four girls comment that they felt so young again.
  • Later at night, Laura confides in Manatsu over feeling lonely since she can't join in any of their activities without running the risk of revealing herself. In response, Manatsu promises Laura that she will find a club activity the mermaid can join in.
Episode 12
  • When the Zenzen Yaraneeda attacks a playground, the others note of the missing Aqua Pot which is essential to salvage motivation. Laura, however, selflessly tells them to go on without her and that she will join them later.
Episode 14
  • The four girls and Laura playing and teaching the young preschool kids. It's adorable.
  • Laura protecting the two pre-schoolers from the Zenzen Yaraneeda with the trio cheering for the Cures.
Episode 17
  • Laura's vision or something like that. She's with Manatsu and her friends who offer her to take part in their activities, such as singing. They all compliment her for being so motivated. It ends with all of them cheering... Awwww...
  • Kururun's Undying Loyalty to Laura, to the point of rescuing her while the mermaid was unconscious.
  • The Mermaid Queen's compliments to Laura for completing her task, stating she's a promising future queen. Laura, however, decides to stay with and help her friends, even though her work is done and there was no need to head back to the human world. This even results in the queen giving her what would become her Transformation Trinket into Cure La Mer.
  • After her debut as Cure La Mer, Laura becomes a human, much to her joy. At long last, her new long-desired dream to be part of her friends' world has come true.
Episode 18
  • Manatsu preparing Laura for school. It's gonna be a great day, especially since the two are (literally) closer now.
  • Laura's "debut" at swimming ends on a sour note, much to the mermaid-human's dismay. Manatsu however encourages this pink-haired sweetie, stating it was fun going to school and hanging out with her, even mentioning tomorrow will also be fun. That's what friends are for, after all.
Episode 19
  • Chongire and Numeri going out to search for the missing Elda together like a couple of parents looking for their lost child is touching. In fact, this episode in general shows that compared to previous villains in the franchise's history who often showed contempt for one another despite all belonging to the same faction, the Witch's generals (with the exception of the Butler) all care about each other like a family, with Numeri asking if Elda ate something bad when she throws a fit to give the Cures an opening to beat the Zenzen Yaraneeda and Chongire making dinner for them once they return home.
  • As mentioned above, Elda intentionally throws a fit to help give the Cures a fighting chance after seeing Manatasu's determination to save the abandoned mansion, even going as far to take home the doll that she was pretending to possess.
Episode 20
  • Minori goes all out as a "detective" to help Manatsu find out who ate her premium Tropical Melon Bread she won at a lucky draw in school. That's what friends are for, except it doesn't end well...
  • When Laura tearfully admits she ate Manatsu's treat, what does Manatsu do? Well, she could have lashed out at the mermaid and unfriended her. But no; she instead goes easy on her, complimenting the mermaid for finishing Minori's case quickly and declaring her friends are more vital than her bread. The others also apologize for their unscrupulous suspicion on one another. Manatsu forgives them all and everyone reaffirms their friendship, ending any form of discord sown between all of them earlier.
  • When Kururun also admits (through some form of sign language) how Laura ended up eating Manatsu's treat, Laura is quick to defend them since they only put it in her fridge for safekeeping, while she was the one that actually ate it.
Episode 21
  • A subtle sweet moment when Manatsu asks Laura to sleep on her bed with her and Laura allows her to. Her heart-to-heart moment is sadly interrupted when Manatsu falls asleep quickly.
  • Manatsu sees her dad again for her camping trip back to her home island. The sight of the two embracing is a sight to smile at.
Episode 22
  • The girls relaxing on Manatsu's secret beach, during which, they all chill out and relax on the water; now that's how you do a bonding breather.
  • One elderly lady named Tomi recalls to the girls about the time she saw a mermaid leap out of the water against the full moon. She had treasured that moment and wanted to see that mermaid again. Towards the end when the caves flood and Laura is left behind, this little mermaid does escape from the caves and leaps out of the water in the exact same pose. Tomi witnesses Laura but is ultimately happy over seeing a mermaid in the forest once again. Even some kids who saw the same spectacle are awed by it.
Episode 23
  • Manatsu's mother reveals how she met her dad. She was making a wish and writing it on a stone. After tossing that stone into the sea...Mr. Taiyo emerges from the water. It was love at first sight, or something like that. Awwww...
  • Laura's wish is to learn how to do flutter kicks. The episode ends with her accomplishing that with help from her friends. That's what friends are for. And Laura couldn't be happier.
Episode 25
  • When Saki Sakuragawa is to be brought in for a class observation, Manatsu and her friends try to help her, just like filial students to their teacher, especially since she believe she needs to impress her visiting dad.
    • Come class observation day, Manatsu leads her class to make this class a "Tropica-shiny" one for their teacher.
  • Saki explains her teaching passion to her dad...who reveals he was already getting help for his orchard and encourages to pursue her teaching career, despite her clumsiness.
  • The original broadcast of the episode ended with a card having Cure Summer write "See You Soon!" and drawing a star on top followed by Cure La Mer laughing as Summer accidentally gave herself a marker mustache. The ending card is dedicated to La Mer's voice actress Hidaka Rina, who had tested positive for COVID-19 around the time of that episode's first airing.
Episode 26
  • As Numeri comes back from yet another unsuccessful attempt to gather motivation energy, she's met by Chongire and Elda, who've come up to watch the same meteor shower that the main cast is watching with her. Another suggestion that these three might not be completely irredeemable.
Episode 28
  • Minori talking to the other girls about how after feeling quite empty after she left the Literature Club even while reading, joining the Tropical Club and becoming a Pretty Cure has helped changed her, explaining how much fun she's had since she's join the Club and thanks everyone for it.
Episode 34
  • When Elda is conflicted about going home or running away again, Numeri appears behind her to comfort her and welcome her back home. On top of that, when she learns Elda's scared of being punished by Butler for not bringing any more motivation, she gives her a jar of emergency motivation to give to him (acting like a mother who's reunited with her missing daughter).
Episode 37
  • When Laura is upset about losing her memories of her friends, Manatsu promises her that it won't, and if it does, they'll work together to bring her memories back.
  • Manatsu making Laura a flower crown like she promised to her during their childhood.
Episode 38
  • The whole episode could be this. To wit:
    • Yuriko retiring as Student Council President with a final speech. Everyone's thankful for her service and even her successor gives her some flowers.
    • Yuriko goes over and witnesses Asuka having a tennis practice solo. Apparently, this blue-haired lady's still concerned for Asuka as she watches on. Maybe their friendship wasn't so badly shattered as we thought it was...
    • The whole tennis match between Asuka and Yuriko. To be concise, the two pour it on with Yuriko first gaining the lead, followed by Asuka catching up with her "rival". All that time, Yuriko reveals she withdrew their team from that fateful competition to protect Asuka from any potential backlash and controversy from the latter's violent outburst. Seems like Yuriko's compassion for Asuka never faded through that tragic event...
    • Asuka decides to head off to her friends to save them from the Yaraneeda of the week, declaring that she's gonna help her team. Looks like this red-head's finally believing in teamwork in its fullness once again.
    • Finally, the ending where Yuriko and Asuka have one last chat as the friends they once were. Asuka tells Yuriko to wait for her in the Phoenix Academy she was enrolling in...and it appears Asuka's going there as well, owing to one last shot of her school option survey sheet. All Asuka needs to do is to go practise some more tennis and she'll be able to fulfil that promise.
Episode 42
  • It's mostly all drama and horror, but at least there's a calm before the storm...specifically, the girls seeing some familiar faces...
    • Remember episode 26? The girls helped one Shiori Nakagawa promote her Astronomy Club...and she's thoroughly enjoying being its head. She never forgets to thank her peers.
    • Rika Ichijou's having a meeting with some top heads of the student affairs, with Masami Kakuta among them. Apparently Rika's tenure as Student Council President is going very well; she's definitely trying to be the students' person.
    • Asuka's working real hard and gets kinda tired, so Yuriko hands her some water to drink before the two have some friendly chat. It appears that whatever happened in Episode 38 has stuck permanently, as two friends have finally become one now.

Episode 44

  • Elda saves Cure Summer from getting obliterated by Yaraneeda Chongire. When the Yaraneeda knocks out Summer out of her Cure form, Elda presses a trapdoor that sends her dropping below into the dungeon, where the others proceed to follow. When Butler chews her out for it, she just says it'd be too messy to clean up. In a way, Manatsu's influence has really hit her.
  • After Chongire is transformed into a Yaraneeda last episode, the Cures manage to change him back. Numeri and Elda was shown to be relieved that he is back to normal. Sadly this is cut short by the Witch barging out of the castle.
  • The Witch slowly turning from the Witch of Destruction to the Witch of Delays is Heartwarming in Hindsight, especially when she clearly doesn't want to fight Cure Oasis. After being put to a standstill, she just says she'll deal with her tomorrow, to the point where she constantly states that to any request. It's only after she becomes old and bitter that she forgets she was delaying confronting Cure Oasis... but also delaying the destruction of the world.
  • The whole reason the Witch put off everything for so long, and with such conviction? She'd fallen in love with Cure Oasis.
  • The Witch of Delays is able to reconcile with Cure Oasis (as a spirit), being able to finally find closure and move on.
  • What's really heartwarming about the fight against the Witch of Delays is that the Cures didn't engage in violence once in the battle. No physical blows, no special attacks, no finishers - the only technique used was Cure Coral defending La Mer and Summer from an attack. Their goal was to get the Witch to remember why she kept delaying her battle with Cure Oasis in the first place, and they succeeded. The witch was dealt with peacefully by Oasis, and she was able to finally move on into the afterlife with a smile.
  • Butler may have been evil, but he was loyal to the Witch of Destruction. When she finally remembers her goal of destroying the world, he happily proclaims the return of her, and when she moves on, he's initially saddened that he didn't move on with her, until proceeding to continue the destruction of the world in her name.

Episode 45

  • The Queen, understanding of Laura's needs, gives her two options: either pursue her dream of being queen or give up said dream to live with her friends and remain a human. This is coming from the fact that Laura was initially worried about getting her memories wiped clean after the incident. We don't know what decision she'll make, but it's sweet the Queen is willing to give an exception to Laura.

Episode 46

  • After reforming, Chongire, Elda, and Numeri take up residence in the ruins of the mansion, leaving Butler inside of a pot to ensure he never threatens the world again. It's happy to see that they’ve fully thrown aside the evil ways imposed upon them by Butler and can do whatever they want.
  • Laura has had her whole existence on the surface world erased from existence. She notices an odd lipstick on her table, and goes to the surface world to investigate, encountering a, to her, strange girl. When she shows it to her, both of them abruptly remember each other's identities, and the memory machine to effectively overload and return the memories of, at minimum, the Tropical Club.
  • Laura is shown to have started a new class about humanity in Gran Ocean's school, with the Queen approving of it, implying that the law is broken by the simple expedient of it being unenforceable due to, potentially, no-one alive knowing either how to repair the memory machine or even wanting to repair it.

Tropical-Rouge! Precure the Movie: The Snow Princess and the Miracle Ring!

  • After Sharon peacefully passes on thanks to the Shantia song, Laura and the others decide to honor her memory by performing a more upbeat version of it at the mall concert, which serves as the ending credits theme.
