- Reznya is a cold, merciless killer with little tolerance for bullshit, but her personality does a complete 180° when kids are involved, and is very motherly towards the kids she looks after.
KILL CONTRACT 2: Once Upon a Time in Uganda
- In KILL CONTRACT 2: Once Upon a Time in Uganda, after incidentally saving the life of the leader of the Ugandan knuckles, despite clearly not really wanting anything to do with him, Reznya bandages his wounds, and tells him to go see a proper doctor.
- After she initially denies his request to help him free his people and take back their territory, he starts crying that no one wants to help him because he is “short, fat, and ugly”, causing her to sigh in exasperation before deciding to not only help him, but help him for free, as she (correctly) figures he does not have any money to pay her with.
- She treats him as if he is any other client, and she is even ready to foot the bill for the weapons she wants to buy from Toki for the upcoming raid, where there’s a chance she could get hurt, all to help a stranger she’s only known for a few hours and doesn’t even really like because he annoys the shit out of her.

- In their last conversation, Reznya states (again) that she is not the Ugandan Knuckles queen, and the Commandah states that she will always be the queen in his heart. While still annoyed, she clearly feels touched by the sentiment.Reznya: Huh, well, get going before I feel like ripping your heart out or something.
- As he leaves with his bruddahs, he turns to tell her he will never forget her.
A Side of Shrapnel: Potato Gun
- Potato’s awe and excitement to learn about the sun and experience sunlight after living all her life on the dark side of the planet is adorable.
- Despite his dislike for humans, Loen and some other Candlesmoke locals don’t rat out Potato to the city border patrol or local cult.
- When Reznya sees Loen, she greets him warmly and asks "How’ve you been kiddo?", with her noting that he is all grown up implying that she knew him when he was younger/a child, and still has a soft spot for him.
- Loen tells Reznya that Potato is in trouble, passing up the opportunity to catch up with his friend so that she can try to find Potato before the cultists can.
- Reznya’s reaction to hearing that Potato is in trouble is to immediately grab a shotgun she was packing up and run off to look for her.

- While Alouette does steal Potato’s revolver for herself and refuses to give it back, she doesn’t really seem to have had any reason to save Potato from the cultists other than stopping them from killing a kid.
- After a tense moment with Reznya, Alouette tells her where Potato is, and (presumably) doesn’t bother telling the border patrol about a human kid being inside the city borders.

Side of Shrapnel: THIS IS THE WAE
- The plot is about one of the Ugandan Knuckles trying to deliver Reznya a cellphone to repay her for her kindness in helping them back in KILL CONTRACT 2 - meaning that the Commandah remembered her quipping about him buying her a cellphone when he noted she should get one, and decided it would be a perfect thank-you gift.
- It also appears to be a scavenged cellphone, meaning that the Ugandan Knuckles went into the wastes, risking their lives to get a gift for the person who saved them.
- Goggles and Brynn recognizing each other as fellow warriors who "know the way", and becoming quick friends, with Goggles calling the Mandalorian his bruddah.
- Even though Reznya is less than enthused to see another Ugandan Knuckles again, when she sees that Goggles is dying, she humors him and goes along with being his "queen", and tries her best to sound excited about the gift he brought her, thanking him for it. She even agrees to his Last Request to let him see her face before he dies.
