  • Chapter 1:
    • In the Electric Mayhem's song "We Didn't Start The Muppets", they list several old performers, namely Frank Oz, Jim Henson, Dave Goelz, Jerry Nelson, Richard Hunt, Kathryn Mullen, Louise Gold, and Steve Whitmire.
    • Bear and his friends performing the Bear Cha-Cha.
    • The Muppets and Bear and his friends singing "You Will Be Found" to snap Kermit out of his Heroic BSoD. Then, there's Robin and Rowlf's statements towards Kermit:
Robin: They’re right, Uncle Kermit. Things go wrong for us all the time, but we still come back and try again, no matter what happens. One bad show isn’t going to change that, is it?
Rowlf: Yeah! We’ve been through so much together! We’ve stopped criminals, saved people, all sorts of things! If we can’t get this show on the road, we just aren’t the Muppets!
    • Then, even the audience and Statler and Waldorf join in and Kermit gets the final line in the song and thanks everyone for coming and to the crew for keeping their heads up high and wanting to keep going, even when things went wrong.
  • In chapter 3, the Madrigal clan's song "All of You" going off without a hitch despite Kermit thinking it was going to be a disaster and Antonio even beckons the frog on stage for the finale.
  • In Chapter 4: Chiho, Rosemary, and Hitomu performing "Just the Way You Are".
  • Chapter 5 has Miss Piggy and Kermit dancing together to finish "The Ghost Who Is Still Alive" even getting the final words!
  • Chapter 6 has Chiho delivering another "Meep!" to Beaker after Beaker is embarrassed by his clips and Bunsen Honeydew saying "They love you, Beakie!" Then, there's the Dance Party Ending.
  • Chapter 7:
    • When Beaker falls very sick, Bunsen Honeydew refuses to do the Muppet Labs sketch saying "I'm sorry, Kermit, but I cannot, in good conscience, allow my partner to perform in this condition."
    • "When the Snow Falls" is a very sweet song that Kitsune and Deborah perform...until Animal causes a Mood Whiplash by yelling "Snowball fight!" and tossing snowballs onto the duo.
    • "Still Holding My Hand" is also very sweet with it being introduced by Kermit saying:
Kermit: Y'see… family is very important to us here on the Muppet Show, and on nights like this, when it seems that every single thing that can go wrong has gone wrong, thinking of them is what keeps me going. Our Portias, our Emilys…
In the wings, Miss Piggy is surprised that Kermit mentioned her mother first, while Fozzie just looks sentimental
Kermit (offscreen): Our Robins, our Christinas.
    Backstage, everyone is watching
Kermit (offscreen): Our Kirstens and Nathalies, our Nickys and Gabrielles.
The Swedish Chef is overjoyed to be reminded of his wife and son, and puts an arm around the French Chef, who, for once, doesn't mind his presence
    Back to Kermit on stage''
Kermit: Every single one of them is important, and everything we do on this show, we do it with their love in our hearts.
    • And then, more and more Muppets show up and sing and even the audience and Statler and Waldorf sing along. Then, when the couples are cozying up, Bunsen Honeydew is noticeably alone, due to Beaker still being sick, so Beauregard comforts him.
  • Chapter 9 ends with Micah performing "A Dream is a Wish" and getting Walter to join in. In addition, Bunsen Honeydew reveals via phone call that Beaker is feeling better and they will be able to do next week's show.
  • A good number of moments in Chapter 10:
    • The Electric Mayhem (minus Zoot and Lips) performing "Brahms’ Lullaby".
    • Annie Sue, Hamantha and Rowlf performing "A Thousand Years". Additionally, it's revealed Beaker has made a full recovery. Also, Statler and Waldorf don't have any snarky commentary with Waldorf saying "It’s songs like that that make me believe in love at first sight." and Statler saying "A thousand agreements."
    • Seraphina, Robin, a Fish and a Turtle singing "How to Save a Life".
    • Seraphina and the Muppets singing "What a Wonderful World".
    • After Kermit says that it's the first show the Muppets have had that didn't devolve into a trainwreck at some point, Seraphina tells him "It’s Queen Gwendolyn’s blessing."
  • Chapter 11:
    • Boober and Theresa singing "Rewrite the Stars", particularly this exchange which starts it and while singing, Kermit and Scooter are able to subtly urge the duo on stage and the song gets massive applause:
Boober: They’re all so excited to put themselves out there and show the world what they’re made of, and I’m…not. Who would want to watch such a mess as myself, when I lack any sort of notable talent?
Theresa (in therapist mode): Well, it’s the Muppet Show. It’s a place where everyone belongs, no matter what they’re good at. That includes you, Boo.
  • Chapter 13 has Kara hiring the Needle to find out what happened to Lips and Zoot.
  • Chapter 15:
    • Bunsen, The Swedish Chef and Crestfeather cooing over baby Beaker. At least until Bunsen reveals what happened.
    • Kermit and Miss Piggy performing "Listen to Your Heart".
  • Chapter 16:
    • Kermit saying a prayer:
Kermit: Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name, watch over us in these difficult times, forgive us for our mistakes, and please…let Zoot and Lips come home safely. Amen.
    All: Amen.
    • The audience finding Fozzie's jokes funny, going from mild laughter to good-natured chuckles to outright laughing.
    • Gonzo convincing the Swedish Chef to perform by saying his wife's probably watching and to perform like she's sitting in the front row.
    • Katrina, Rowlf and Janice performing "Right Here Waiting" while Katrina's family watches in the audience.
