  • All of Statler and Waldorf's comments in Chapter 1 such as this one, after Annie Sue's performance of "How Much is that Doggy in the Window?":
Statler: They never did say how much.
Waldorf: Who cares? I’d pay it if it gets us out of this show!
    Both: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
  • In Chapter 2:
    • After the Whatnot's can-can, one of them loses their shoe by kicking up their leg and it flies off and lands it Statler and Waldorf's Balcony:
Statler: Hey; you can’t-can’t dance the Can-Can without your shoe!
    Both: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
(Waldorf throws the shoe back at the stage. It hits the closest Whatnot to the right, knocking them all down like dominoes.)
    • Chickens suddenly invading Miss Piggy's musical number.
  • Chapter 3
    • Wayne and Wanda's song with Nicholas (The Swedish Chef's son) abruptly ending with trees getting dropped on Wayne and Wanda. Also, the audience reluctantly applauding when Sam the Eagle announces the act.
    • At the end of the Northern Sister's song, Crazy Harry (who's been tied to a chair) pushes a lever that appears next to him and blows up the sun prop.
  • Chapter 4:
    • Kermit vs Statler and Waldorf at the start:
    Kermit enters
Kermit: Thank you, thank you, welcome to another magical installment of the Muppet Show!
Statler: (offscreen, interrupting): Hey, frog, is it true that tonight’s guest star is only an infant?
Kermit: Uh, yes, tonight our guest stars are the adorable and talented Oishiina Town’s Sweetheart Chiho Nagomi, and her father, the good-hearted Hitomu Jagoda.
In the Balcony are Statler and Waldorf; Statler’s grandson is seated in the booth with them
Waldorf: You hear that? They’re stooping to babies as guest stars! They must really be desperate to keep this show going!
Statler's Grandson: At least wait until grade school to start the torture!
    All: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Kermit: (looking sheepish): Sheesh. (he gets an idea) Ahem; I tell you, gentlemen, you’ve never seen a baby like Chiho before.
Statler" Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
Kermit: That little bundle of joy has in store for us a show of which most people her age can only dream of.
    Waldorf: In your dreams!
    All: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
    (The audience laughs alongside them)
Kermit: That’s right, and she’s going to show us a magical display beyond your wildest imaginations.
Statler's Grandson: Can she make us imagine a better show?
    All (including audience): HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Kermit (satisfied): So let us begin our show, with the comedic blessings of our resident hecklers, Statler and Waldorf!
Statler: Why, that frog baited us into saying those things!
Waldorf: Well played; it takes talent to set yourself up for insults.
    • This exchange between Miss Piggy and Chiho:
Miss Piggy: Aren’t you such a bundle of talent, Chi-Chi?
Chiho: (pointing at Miss Piggy) Kabaton!
Hitomu and Chiho exit on the left. Miss Piggy looks at the camera
Miss Piggy: I’m electing to ignore that.
    • Gonzo's idea for his latest stunt which has Fozzie saying "What’s really impressive is how he’s lasted this long."
    • Rosemary being a guest assistant on Muppet Labs, saying that ever since he heard about the show, he's wanted to appear on Muppet Labs, prompting Beaker to say "Me-me me-me?" (as if to say “Are you crazy?”)
  • Chapter 5:
    • After the Murder Mystery sketch, Fozzie says "You know, if Yolanda had some raspberries, she could have made that act a good tart. Haaah, wocka wocka!" resulting in an Aside Glance from Kermit.
    • The Swedish Chef and French Chef making "Muppet-sized" skewers and fencing...and the French Chef ducking and whacking the confused Swedish Chef in the face when he looks up.
    • Fozzie and Alice Macro's stand-up involving the bear making computer puns (that the audience, of course, doesn't find very funny) because of him not knowing what non-binary means. After Alice explains (it means you're not a boy or girl), Fozzie crawls off stage saying "I'll be leaving now" and Alice saying "That’s why computers are important; so you can do the bear minimum of research" which gets the audience laughing.
    • Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker demonstrating a Zombie Translator with the help of a Conehead Zombie. Goes about as well as could be expected, really.
    • Whatnots dressed as ghosts showing up during Miss Piggy's musical number and then Gonzo dive bombing onto Miss Piggy after she sings "I didn’t know any better, thought that I was being saved". Cue Miss Piggy karate chopping Gonzo off stage and resuming singing like nothing happened.
    • The final lines:
Alice: So how good is your crew at fighting zombies?
    Kermit: I don’t know, why?
Beaker runs by screaming, still being chased by the Conehead Zombie
    Alice: Probably that.
  • The vast majority of Chapter 6 due to being home videos but specific highlights include Gonzo getting shot out of a cannon into the audience seats, Beaker's clips and Camilo, Sabrina and Antonio trying to slide down some stairs in their casita after it flattens the stairs into a slide but accidentally crash into a pillar while trying to turn.
  • In Chapter 7:
    • Miss Piggy and some Whatnots sing "You're Never Dressed Without A Smile" resulting in several gags such as Miss Piggy singing "Hey, painter man, hey, Dapper Dan, you've both got your style, but brother you're never fully dressed without a smile!" prompting a Dapper Whatnot to respond with "I'm not?!" (despite being fully clothed, he covers himself and runs offstage). Also, the song ending with Miss Piggy threatening "Smile, or I’ll sock ya!" resulting in the audience laughing incredulously at the random threat of violence.
    • Some of the things that Animal does - namely appearing at the end of Deborah and Kitsune's song to yell "Snowball Fight!" and getting them with snowballs, yelling at Wayne and Wanda "YOU KISS NOW!" in their Melodrama even though he's clearly jumping ahead in the script...and when the duo try, the windowsill breaks and they fall over. And then, at the end, he volunteers to clear the snow, prompting Kermit to shrug as if to say "It's better than nothing."
    • The Swedish Chef and French Chef making really hot chocolate.
  • In Chapter 9:
    • In the cold open, Walter admits to Micah that as the new guy, he's pretty nervous and asks her when she stops being anxious. Her response is "Right around when you get a stupid nickname." prompting Walter to give an Aside Glance as if to say “That didn’t help at all."
    • The Frog Scouts' song abruptly ending when an actual moose appears and scares most of them off and then the moose approaches Robin and asks "Hey, bro. Care for some fruit punch?"
    • The Pigs in Space sketch, but especially the punchline:
“Venus” (who is Gonzo in a blond wig and white toga): Hey, baby. Care for some clam chowder? (holds up a shell)
First Mate Piggy: Call me “baby” again and you’ll learn just how fast a blunt object passes through a gaseous planet.
    *Audience laughs*
*Gonzo’s eyes widen and he scurries offstage*
Announcer: Tune in next week for the dramatic, possibly violent continuation of Pigs in Spaaaaaace!
    • The Talk Spot between Kermit and Pepe turning into how Pepe met his alien girlfriend and that's why Pepe's back on The Muppet Show after Pepe says he thinks aliens are real.
    • Gonzo's stunt wherein he tries to swim through zero gravity via fans and misses the sweet spot and crashes into the fans.
  • In Chapter 10:
    • In the cold open, Scooter asks Seraphina if she comes from the Universal Kingdom to which she responds "Of course. I don’t blame you for not being sure; the knowledge isn’t exactly universal." and then she winks while the rats she's with laugh and mug for the camera.
    • When Gonzo visits Seraphina in her dressing room and asks her about her ability to travel through the multiverse and bring new people with them, she offers to demonstrate. She then opens a portal, speaks briefly into it and pulls out Mana Aida. When she introduces herself to Gonzo, cue Mahna Mahna appearing out of nowhere and yelling "MAHNA MAHNA!" and leaving, confusing Gonzo, Seraphina and Mana.
    • Sam doing his lecture...and having to deal with Rizzo making a bad pun (He's wearing a black jacket and saying he's back in black), Scooter saying "You know we’re not all Americans, right?" in response to Sam saying "In these contentious times, us Americans need to be working together peacefully to achieve such goals." and a tiny Muppet demon popping up behind Sam when he says "Additionally, this music may bring to the youth’s attention, ideas and imagery associated with the occult." and he passes out when he notices the demon who says "Hewwo."
  • Chapter 11:
    • In the cold open, Red asks Wembley "Wait, if we’re Muppets, doesn’t that mean we’re always on a Muppet Show?" causing them to both look at the camera with questioning expressions.
    • During the Swedish Chef and French Chef's skit, the latter accidentally mixes Ghost Pepper Spice into the onion soup instead of Onion Spice despite the Swedish Chef's attempts to warn her otherwise. After she taste tests it and takes the full brunt, the Swedish Chef smacks her hand and storms off.
    • After Theresa and Boober's performance of "Rewrite the Stars", Gonzo tells Boober "You know what this experience proves? That fear exists only in the mind, and not something that can physically stop you from achieving amazing things. Why, I bet that in no time, you’ll be brave enough to soar through the air on a swinging beam into a swimming pool!" Naturally, Boober gives Gonzo an incredulous look and dramatically asks Gonzo if he's insane to which Gonzo shrugs and says "Possibly".
    • Robin, Animal, Gonzo and Fozzie providing Visual Puns during Rowlf's reading of "Acid Rain".
  • Chapter 13:
    • Scooter never knew that 15 seconds after curtains is always when the first dancers enter the stage for the opening until Kara tells him.
    • The Pigs in Space sketch involves multiple rhymes, all culminating in this:
    Koozebane Alien: Who are you?
Dr. Strangepork: I could ask you.
Koozebane Alien: You want this horse?
A Koozebane horse enters from the right. The three Swinetrek members look at the camera
Captain Link/First Mate Piggy/Dr. Strangepork: Of course!
    • Wayne and Wanda's melodrama where they're waiting for test results from the doctor and when Dr. Bob enters and confirms he has the news, the duo think they're gonna die and hug each other and falling to the ground wailing. Cue Dr. Bob saying "It was just a blood test. He’s Type A, she’s type O."
  • From Chapter 15:
    • The exchange between Bunsen and Crestfeather when she says baby Beaker's got a bright future ahead of him:
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew: Oh, um…actually, this version of him is in the future. Remember? We sent him through that time machine?
(A brief pause as Crestfeather looks at Bunsen in disbelief)
Crestfeather: No…what the hell were you doing when I was back here getting ready?
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew: Oh- zzt. Watch your mouth around the baby.
    Cresfeather: …oh my god…
    • Gonzo's stunt which involves a Rube Goldberg Machine. Naturally, instead of launching him into Statler and Waldorf's box, it launches him into the audience, right in front of Cali, Hugo, Flynn and Mags.
    • Kermit commenting that their line of work is too dangerous for adults after Bunsen Honeydew says it's too dangerous for babies.
  • Chapter 16:
    • Gonzo blowing leaves out of his trumpet in the Couch Gag. Later on, he's examining one of the leaves and wondering how people get syrup from them as he's tried them and they don't taste very good.
    • Gonzo trying to direct a bunch of live chickens in dancing. They instead stand still, then run around the stage and finally dogpile the whatever.
    • The Swedish Chef thinks that to make taco salad, you put a bunch of tacos in a bowl and mix them together. He then knocks out the French Chef with a comically large hot sauce bottle and simply says "Auvoir" extremely nonchalantly.
    • Bunsen and Beaker laugh over Beaker having a twin sister named Flask during their Muppet Labs sketch...only for Flask herself to enter and give Bunsen a "Me-me. Cue Bunsen and Beaker stopping their laughter after noticing her and Bunsen awkwardly says "Oh. Um… g-good evening, miss."
