  • Like in the first film, Cruella is this when she's not dishing out the Nightmare Fuel.
Cruella: Don't worry - I've got a perfectly good idiot to take the fall for it.
    Alonzo smiles proudly.
Cruella: Not you, Alonzo. Another idiot.

Cruella: Alonzo! Find the rat and kill it! Le Pelt and I will be on the Orient Express!
    Alonzo: K... k... k... KILL?
Cruella: The last time I underestimated a puppy, I wound up in the pokey! Go!
  • Chloe and Ewan's Establishing Character Moment.
Ewan: I told you you wouldn't believe the truth!
Chloe: (skeptical) The dog ate your pay stubs?
  • "Ella" having a brief Large Ham moment when she begs Chloe for a chance to heckle Le Pelt.
    'Ella': Just a teensy-weensy heckle? You know...MURDERER!!!!!
  • Towards the end of the film, Cruella's plot has been foiled again, and she's suffered a particularly brutal Humiliation Conga that's resulted in her being baked into a large cake. As the police are leading her away, Le Pelt is asking how they're going to get out of this mess. Cruella's glum response? "Piece of cake."
  • It's safe to say that Waddlesworth, a red-and-green macaw who thinks he's a Rottweiler, gets all the best lines. Being voiced by Eric Idle certainly helps. For example, during his first flight (after believing for the entire film that he couldn't fly) to rescue Oddball from the railroad tracks:
    "DOGS CAN FLY!"
    • Which leads to this:
    "I just realized I'm not a Rottweiler at all! I'm a retriever!"
    • Even funnier when you get the Stealth Pun there. Retrievers are, of course, bird dogs.
