• Chief engineer Audrey McCallum is played by Claudia Black. To a Dragon Age fan, it can be pretty funny to watch the scene in which Morrigan talks about having stepped down from command because she cared too much about those serving under her.
• Shortly before a mission, Reyes and Staff Sgt Omar get into a (good-natured) Interservice Rivalry dick-waving contest.
  Reyes: I'm sure the Sergeant is well aware that the word "proud" is right there in the Navy creed?
  Omar: I knew there was something I didn't like about you sons of bitches. That explains the white uniforms and the submarines.
  Reyes: Submarines?
  Omar: Yeah. Only the Navy could build a ship designed to sink.
  Both: *fist bump*
• ETH.3n is remarkably smartass for a robot, and spends a fair amount of time trolling his organic teammates for his own amusement.
  Lieutenant Nora Salter: You have feelings, Ethan?
  ETH.3n: I do, ma'am. I carry the brain of a human farmer.
  Salter: Holy shit, are you serious?
  ETH.3n: No, ma'am. Not at all.
• There's an achievement/trophy you get if you decide to kill Admiral Kotch before he finishes his speech. It is called 'You Know Nothing' referencing Kit Harington's (who voices Kotch) role in Game of Thrones as Jon Snow.
