Rothbart has been defeated. Odette is alive and free of the curse. The kingdoms are rejoicing. A wedding between a prince and a princess is finally on the horizon. Should be smooth sailing, right?
WRONG!
Unfortunately, Derek has insulted Odette again in the leadup to said wedding and she is not speaking to him. He meets with Rogers, Brom, Speed, Puffin and Jean-Bob to find out how he can fix this problem.
- Bait-and-Switch: At first, it seems like it's the second time Derek has put his foot in his mouth, with the first being the 'What else is there?' line. It isn't. It's the THIRD. You'd think he'd know better by now.
- Call-Back: Rogers mentions that one of the musicians believes that the 'animal stunt' is cause for a pay rise. Come on, say it with a smile...practice, practice, practice
- Captain Obvious: Speed
- Continuity Nod: Derek holds a meeting where he, Rogers, Brom, Puffin, Speed and even Jean-Bob to discuss how to fix the current incident. The meeting takes place in the tower where he, Brom and Rogers were discussing 'what else is there' in the first film.
- Noodle Incident: The second incident involved something known as the 'Overgrown Sheep Debacle'.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: The room goes silent when Lovable Coward Brom offers some very sage advice.
- Simple-Minded Wisdom: A lot of its fans were very impressed to see words of wisdom coming out of Brom's mouth.
- Wrong Genre Savvy: An idea is put to Derek that a kiss and flowers should fix up the current issue between him and Odette pretty easily. How could this be Wrong Genre Savvy, you ask? It's Jean-Bob's idea.
