After an unknown virus had plunged half of the world in despair and disarray, 17 Ultimates have "volunteered" to be placed in a special facility to help the lead scientist Hikaru Ando develop a cure. Things go fine and well. . . Until they're knocked out and wake up in the living room, where a robotic lizard informs them of their predicament: If they want to leave the bunker, they have to kill someone and get away with it.

This roleplay contains examples of:
- Assassination Attempt: Key word being attempt. This happens shortly after Case 4, where Ayano Yuki attempts to murder Nikei Yomiuri shortly after masterminding the events of the aforementioned case.
- Book Ends: The first and final case have an Ace Attorney prosecutor be responsible and be executed for the death of a survivor from a previous killing game who was the initial planner of the case in question.
- Dramatic Irony: Toko survived one killing game, only to end up being the first victim in this game.
- Everyone Is a Tomato: The entire cast, besides one Teruya Otori, who was mistakenly put in place of the real final Deleo member, are members of the bioterrorist organization known as Deleo, who unleashed a world-destroying virus upon the human race, causing mass chaos and death.
- Heroic Sacrifice: What Teruya was intending to pull with the final case - unfortunately, it didn't pan out how he expected.
- History Repeats: Once again, Nikei Yomiuri murderminds the fourth case for personal reasons relating to someone in the killing game, and Teruya Otori is the final victim and sacrificed himself to save everyone else.
- I Did What I Had to Do: Nikei Yomiuri after the fourth trial. Also consists of What the Hell, Hero?, as up until that chapter, Nikei had just completed his Redemption Quest.
- Thanatos Gambit: Teruya and Franziska in Case 5 created an unsolvable murder with help from the Mini Crewmate via Teruya's death by the Mini Crewmate, then the destruction of his body and faking a double murder using his exploded body and some of Franziska's clothing to break the entire killing game.
- Transparent Closet: Yoruko Kabuya is shown to be this incredibly often, what with multiple cast members calling her out for her not so platonic feelings regarding the girls (most notably Sora) from her canon game. All of these comments being met with Yoruko's insistence of the contrary.
