John George O'Hurley Jr. (born October 9, 1954 in Kittery, Maine) is an American actor.
Easily recognized by his unique speaking voice and silver hair. Most famous for playing oddball boss J. Peterman on Seinfeld.
He also actually helped the Real Life J. Peterman buying back his namesake company in 2000, becoming an investor in it.
Since 2002, he has also been the voice of the annual Purina Dog Show.
