Harriet Andersson (born February 14, 1932 in Stockholm, Sweden) is an actress who was introduced in the world of the cinema by Ingmar Bergman who discovered her in a local theatre studio. He offered her a titular role in Summer with Monika and she became one of the members of his core posse.
No relation to Bibi Andersson, though she also worked a lot with Bergman.
