David Levithan is a writer of realistic fiction for teenagers. His most famous works include Boy Meets Boy, among the first books to paint gays in a positive light, and Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, which was co-written with Rachel Cohn and was the basis for the movie of the same name.
He got his start ghostwriting for The Baby-Sitters Club.
