David Kaufman (born July 23, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American born voice actor. Mostly known for voicing teens. He's had a multitude of impressive roles: Jimmy Olsen in Superman: The Animated Series, The Human Torch in Ultimate Spider-Man (which is a role that he reprised in Marvel Ultimate Alliance and The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes) Dexter Douglas in Freakazoid!, and Marty McFly in Back to the Future: The Animated Series, though he's probably most well known as the title character from Danny Phantom. He's also played the role of Marek in Broken Age.
