Robert "Con" O'Neill (born 15 August 1966 in Somerset) is an English actor.
He got his start in theatre doing musicals, and won a Olivier in 1988 for originating the role of Mickey in Blood Brothers. He's since had several supporting roles in films and television (such as Izzy in Our Flag Means Death) and has also lent his voice to FromSoftware games.
Selected Roles
- Blood Brothers (1988) as Mickey
- Screen One (1990) as Peter (in the episode "Dancin Thru The Dark")
- Telstar: The Joe Meek Story (2008) as Joe Meek
- Dark Souls II (2014) as Titchy Gren
- Uncle (2014) as Val
- Cucumber (2015): Cliff
- Chernobyl (2019) as Viktor Bryukhanov
- The Batman (2022) as Chief Mackenzie Bock
- Elden Ring (2022) as Mohg

His work provides examples of:
- The Cast Showoff: He does his own singing in Dancin Thru The Dark and in his guest appearance on Wild Bill.
- Vocal Dissonance: He naturally has a fairly high-pitched, reedy voice. Since his popularity increased after his role in Our Flag Means Death, this has lead to a lot of people finding out that that's just how he sounds, not a voice he put on for the role.
