Main Characters
Hakufu Sonsaku/Kamen Rider OOO/The Armored Fighter
The lead character of the story. Fresh off her battle against Totaku and Ukitsu, Hakufu and her cousin Kokin witness an explosion that they assume to be a robbery. An encounter with a Yummy causes Kokin to be rendered into a coma and Hakufu to take the mantle of OOO to make sure that no one ends up hurt again.- Ascended Fangirl: She's a superhero fanatic who becomes one for real.
- Failure Knight: Most of Hakufu's drive as OOO comes from her regret in being unable to help Kokin.
- Nice Girl: You'd almost mistake her for an Eiji Hino expy.
- Idiot Hero: She doesn't have Eiji's cunning, that's for sure.
- Making a Splash: As of Chapter 11, Hakufu can now manipulate water. One wonders how effective the ShaUTa Combo will become.
- Otaku Surrogate: She enjoyed reading manga and watching anime while she was younger and still does. It was were her sense of justice came from.
Kokin Shuyu/Ankh
In reality, Kokin Shuyu is Hakufu's cousin and childhood friend who harbors a secret crush on her. His loyalty is for her is strong to the point that attempts to fight off a Yummy which he thought was after her, and act that almost costs his life. He is soon possessed by the selfish red bird Greeed, Ankh, who from then on assists Hakufu until she is no longer useful to him.- Belligerent Sexual Tension: Perhaps. Maybe. It's hard to say.
- Evil Mentor: Ankh has no interest in saving people and only wants the Medals to rebuild his body. No one trusts him either.
- Jerkass Has a Point: He believes that the Fighters have no business in fighting in death matches and build their own fates.... something that Fighters such as Hakufu, Ryomou and Kanu ironically agree with.
- Tsundere: Comes off as this with any female character he interacts with.
Nanyo Academy
Shoichi Sonshoko
An original character in the story, Sonshoko, preferring to be called Shoichi, is Hakufu's younger brother who suffers from an abnormal fear of women. Supposedly, he is destined to marry Ryuubi, which causes Kanu to be rather hostel towards him.- Bruce Lee Clone: Downplayed. He has the skills and fighting style, but that's pretty much the only thing that makes him resemble to the man himself.
- Expy: He's a younger Liu Kang.

Ryuubi Gentoku
- Loves My Alter Ego: Ryuubi is head over heels for OOO, unaware that it is Hakufu underneath the armor.
