Characters / Holo-Chronicles - Hololive Generation 3

Go To

A generation built entirely upon personal recommendations from Sora herself. They all come from Fantasia, as opposed to Earth.

    Usada Pekora

Trait ability: Predator Trait

The princess of a country in Fantasia known as Pekoland, Pekora is a mechanical genius. While originally dealing in magical technology, she quickly took to the mechanics of Earth tech after being brought into Hololive.
  • Gadgeteer Genius: Both Pekoland and Holo-City can primarily thank Pekora for their technological advancements.

    Shiranui Flare

Trait ability: TBA

A half-elf that is currently dating Noel, and also acts as her adventuring partner. Flare is rather proficient in magic, most notable being some rather powerful flame arrows.
  • Healing Hands: She has access to some minor healing magic, but it's nothing too powerful.
  • Playing with Fire: Her fire arrows are strong enough to immediately turn skeletons to ash and scorching a path right through a dense forest.

    Shirogane Noel

Trait ability: Chivalry Trait

A paladin of the Silver Kingdom, as well as Flare's girlfriend and adventuring partner. Notable for being the physically strongest talent amongst Hololive's ranks, especially when utilizing the skills she learned as a paladin.
  • Counter-Attack: The nature of the Chivalry Trait, allowing the user to receive damage and then toss it right back at the attacker in the form of an unavoidable counter. While some knights that have it tend to use it in tandem with shields, Noel's status as a Mighty Glacier lets her use it the proper way: simply taking enemy attacks to the face and turning the fight into a turn-based slugfest that won't end until either she or her opponent dies. Considering her own strength, it usually isn't her.
  • Status Buff: As a paladin of the Silver Kingdom, Noel is extremely proficient in Martial Pedigree: a school of magic focused on enhancing one's physical stats. Combined with her already insane strength, this lets her topple creatures so massive that one foot is the size of a mountain.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: Don't get us wrong, Noel has some skill. The thing is though, while she is very strong and can make herself even stronger through use of Martial Pedigree, she doesn't have the delicate control of her strength she would need to... say... drive a car.
  • You Will Not Evade Me: It's unclear why the Counter-Attack of the Chivalry Trait can't be dodged, but it just... can't. This forces the enemy to defend against the attack in some other way, but considering how absurdly physically gifted Noel is, that tends to not cut it.

    Houshou Marine

Trait ability: Plunderer Trait

A pirate who wanders the seas of Fantasia, seeking out booty in more ways than one. Don't let her lewd demeanor fool you though, she is genuinely a major threat in combat due to her weapon and unique abilities.
  • Impossible Theft: The Plunderer Trait lets Marine "steal" things, though the nature of this borders on Semantic Superpower. She can steal up to an entire naval ship's size in terms of physical objects so long as no living is holding them, and can even steal an enemy's physical abilities via physical attacks, growing stronger while they grow weaker.
  • Magical Eye: The Eyes of Rebellion allow the user to double the damage dealt to anything within their field of vision. Marine's Indecent variant (obtained via magical experiments performed on her) in particular also heightens the target's physical sensitivity, which even includes herself, leading to some... less than safe-for-work countermeasures.
  • Morph Weapon: Marine's weapon of choice is a dwarven weapon capable of changing its form at will. To date, it can become a sword, a gun, and a giant hammer, all of which expends little to no mana and doesn't seem to take much time to switch.

    Uruha Rushia

Trait ability: Soul Trait

A necromancer who tended to live alone. Her ridiculous mana supply and ability to resurrect entire legions of powerful undead got her set as a Diva candidate, though it'd be nice if she got some more control over her power...
  • Power Incontinence: Without her Butterfly Wand, Rushia struggles with controlling herself, making it really easy to use her powers for less-than-ideal purposes.
