A university student and player introduced in the manga side-story, Percy comes across one of the X-Playing Cards by chance and ends up getting caught up in the battle to collect them. As such, he's hired to work at Pinocle's Old Maid branch for his own protection.

His Card is the 9 of Diamonds, "No Mercy".

  • Alliterative Name: Percy Parker.
  • Cast from Hit Points: Unlike other Cards, using "No Mercy" seems to drain Percy of his vitality. After using it by accident the first time, he is left so weak he can't even stand up.
  • How Do I Shot Web?: He has no idea how his Card's powers work. He can't even remove the gloves.
  • Nice Guy: The boy is sweet to a fault, and refuses even 50 thousand dollars for the X-Playing Card he has because it doesn't belong to him so he can't sell it (though also because it is incredibly shady of someone to offer so much money for a card).
  • Power at a Price: As said in Cast from Hit Points above, "No Mercy" drains Percy of his vitality in order to use its power. At the end of Chapter 7, Norman Kingstat reveals that "No Mercy"'s previous Player was killed by "No Mercy".
  • Princess Carry: Carried around by Finn like this after he says he can't walk because of the effects of his Card.
  • Talking Weapon: His X-Playing Card is implied to actually be able to talk to him at least between their minds, though all it does is to cryptically demand more power.

The governor of Silphium, one of the four counties of Fourland. He is obsessed with the X-Playing Cards and has made copies of his Card. He's after Percy's Card for some reason.

His Card is the King of Hearts, "Masculine Parfait", which improves his physical abilities to the maximum.

  • Arc Villain: Of ♢9 No Mercy. He is the one behind the groups and attacks Percy suffered trying to take the 9 of Diamonds from him.
  • Corrupt Corporate Executive: Maybe. It's mentioned that he inherited a pharmaceutical company from his father and that his dealings in the business world helped him when he entered the political world.
  • Corrupt Politician: Being the governor of one of Fourland's counties and wanting the X-Playing Cards himself for unknown reasons certainly qualifies him as one.
  • Implacable Man: This seems to be his Card's power, as he's able to shrug off Finn's bullets and even crush Finn's gun and hand with ease. He's even able to go toe to toe with Love-P and managed to break her sword!
  • Smug Smiler: Just look at his image and try to say that that's a friendly smile.

    Airman

A freelance hitman and player who is hired to go after Percy and his Card.

His Card is the 4 of Clubs, "Wing Wind", which lets him manipulate wind.

  • Blow You Away: His Card's ability. He can even create a tornado. The drawback is that it uses a lot of energy.
  • Long-Haired Pretty Boy: His character design's most distinctive feature is his long hair which complements his Pretty Boy face rather well.
