A university student and player introduced in the manga side-story, Percy comes across one of the X-Playing Cards by chance and ends up getting caught up in the battle to collect them. As such, he's hired to work at Pinocle's Old Maid branch for his own protection.
His Card is the 9 of Diamonds, "No Mercy".

* CastFromHitPoints: Unlike other Cards, using "No Mercy" seems to drain Percy of his vitality. After using it by accident the first time, he is left so weak he can't even stand up.
