• Reasonable Authority Figure: They're happy to rely on the expertise of the people around them, and they're willing to bend the rules for the crew to achieve their goals.
• The Mole: They spent a good chunk of their career with Starfleet Intelligence working undercover to dismantle the Orion Crime Syndicate. What's left of the Syndicate remembers.

• Beware the Nice Ones: EXEO is the most outwardly friendly and chipper member of the crew (except for Theq), but when she meets with Dr. Wellix after his half-hour episode, she is astoundingly clear that she will do whatever it takes to protect her crew.
• Impossibly Cool Clothes: EXEO can make her clothes look however she wants, being a hologram. Whenever she enters her counseling office, her red command uniform instantly turns to medical blue.
• Number Two: As the Executive Officer, of course.
• Projected Man: EXEO is a Hard Light hologram crew member. Her admission as a Starfleet officer has been controversial.
• Sherlock Scan: One of her talents, Cold Reading, allows her to get a solid beat on someone.
• The Shrink: EXEO was originally conceived as a counseling program, and continues to serve that purpose on the Ross.
• Teleport Spam: With all the holographic technology built into the Ross, she can blip from any given part of the ship to another instantly.
• The World Is Just Awesome: Thinking this way is practically a prerequisite for Starfleet, but as a hard light hologram, EXEO takes special delight in even the mundane of physical existence.
