  • Viera is able to make her first big change when she and her master are sent on what will become known as the Stark Hyperspace War.
    • Viera saves Tyvokka by deflecting the shots of the droids that were about to kill him.
    • She is also able to get several of the soldiers to reconsider their humanocentric beliefs.
    • The biggest change is preempting Ranuplh Tarkin's Suicide Attack, while simultaneously giving him ideas he can use to militarize the Republic, strengthening it to better police the Outer Rim.
  • Viera has her first experience in fighting a Sith when Darth Maul is sent to kill her. She not only holds her own, albeit with assistance from a Jedi Master, but even prods his mental flaws to get him to admit to being a true Sith Lord.
  • The final battle against Dathka Graush. After handily beating off four Jedi trying to stop him from performing a Human Sacrifice that would give him a massive power-up, Graush finds himself squaring off against Mace Windu and gets stopped cold. The ensuing brawl is filled with swift lightsaber combat, Sith Magic, telekinetic throws, and a lot of Force Light thrown against the ancient Sith King.
    • The fight ends with numerous Jedi coming to Mace's aid, using Force Light to wear the Sith spirit down until Mace can incapacitate him. Eventually, Graush is finally purged, and all the souls he captured are free to return to the Force.
  • Viera fighting Jango Fett and Cad Bane at the same time. The two Badass Normal Bounty Hunters push her further and come closer to killing her than many Force-wielding opponents had at that point in the story. End result: Bane (naturally) manages to get away, but not until after Viera cuts off one of his arms, and Jango gets into a two-way No-Holds-Barred Beatdown that ends with her convincing him to return to Mandalore and fuck up the Death Watch.
    • When he's beaten, Jango is able to negotiate his release by providing evidence revealing the identity of the criminal Viera was after. He makes it so that the only way the info can be retrieved is if he is the one to do it. Jango is clearly prepared for every contingency, showing why he is one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy.
  • Bruck just nonchalantly strolling out of a giant Sarlacc after defeating the Nightsister controlling it from the inside. Allaya, who looks down on men, couldn't believe it.
  • Viera comes face to face with the Son while possessed by Zalem. She sees through his offer and basically tells him to shove it.
  • The fight between Jedi and Sith finally happens, and it doesn't disappoint: Grandmaster Yoda vs. Darth Sidious. The two fight across a Coruscant that is burning thanks to Vexxtal. The two Force wielders are evenly matched, using every technique they can think of to defeat their hated enemy.
    • Then Vexxtal interrupts, and it turns into a free for all. When Sidious finally realizes that teaming up to fight Vexxtal is probably a better idea, the droid is able to take both of them down.
  • When the droids finally invade the Jedi Temple, Vexxtal takes on three powerful Jedi Masters simultaneously. They put up a good fight, but two (Anoon Bondara and Tyvokka) are ultimately cut down, while the last (Depa Billaba) ends up in a coma.
  • Vexxtal's final duel is against some of the greatest Force users in the era: Yoda, Mace Windu, Fay, and Darth Sidious. Even with their combined powers, the fight was not easy, with Vexxtal coming close to killing some of them throughout the fight.
  • When Viera leaves the Jedi Order, she is not alone. All of her friends, as well as over a thousand Jedi, decide to follow her into exile.
    • It is later revealed that Viera was named the Grandmaster of this splinter faction of the Jedi Order.
  • While on Naboo, Duala is able to thwart an assassination attempt on Princess Amidala.
  • Duala gets into a duel against a Mandalorian on top of the latter's Basilisk while it's reentering Mandalore's atmosphere. After she defeats the Mandalorian, she is able to befriend and bond with the Basilisk.
  • Sidious demonstrates how dangerous he is when he sends a shade to interrupt Viera's Battle Meditation, causing the fleet that Viera was supporting to fall apart.
