Crona:
Medusa's child and the Demon Swordmaster, serving as the meister of the Demon Sword Ragnarok. Crona's gender is left ambiguous, giving Crona several androgynous qualities. Crona is extremely reclusive, expressing uncertainty at interacting with others and dealing with certain situations.

Ragnarok:
The Demon Sword and Crona's weapon partner. Unlike most weapons, Ragnarok is inhuman in appearance, appearing as a black creature with white eyes, gloves, and a large "X" covering his face. He was melted into Crona's blood by Medusa, giving him a symbiotic relationship with Crona.

Goodbyes were tearful and brief, and her parents promised they'd come and visit. They never did.

She is now twelve, having somewhat bloodily escaped from the Facility several months ago. Aki is a quiet girl who spends a lot of time looking at her surroundings, has several large gaps in her memories, and can kill a man in half a second.

In 2277, 200 years after the Great War, the Lone Wanderer is now 19 years old. His/Her father has disappeared from Vault 101 without any explanation. The young Lone Wanderer, with the help of Amata, leaves the safety of the Vault to look for James in the ruins of Washington, DC. After finding him, Project Purity is put back on track. However, the reunion is cut short when the Enclave demands ownership of the Project. James is unwilling to allow this and, for the sake of humanity, sacrifices himself by filling the control chamber of Project Purity with intense radiation. With his dying breath, he tells his child to escape.

Ciaphas Cain
- An Imperial Commissar. He was in active service in the last century of M41, and was over 200 years old when he was recalled into service during the 13th Black Crusade of Abaddon the Despoiler, and it is certain that he survived more than a quarter of a century into M42. Propaganda made him out to be the hero of the Imperium circa late M41 although in truth he was mainly focused on surviving. (However he differed from many other Imperial Commissars in that he would not readily sacrifice soldiers unless it ensured his own survival.) Cain tried his utmost to avoid engaging in actual combat, but would have to anyway to maintain his status as a Hero of the Imperium, which ironically, would involve him in more dangerous situations than any he would usually see as a Commissar. He was responsible for many successful campaigns throughout his career and retired to become a professor at a Schola Progenium.

Jurgen
- Cain's personal aide. Noticeable for his powerful body odour and chronic psoriasis (which discourage others from getting too close to him), Jurgen is also a "blank", or a psychic null (which might account for other people's dislike of Jurgen as much as his hygiene problems, as can be surmised from how badly the more susceptible psykers respond to Jurgen even in friendly situations); this trait saved them both on more than one occasion. Jurgen has complete loyalty to Commissar Cain, and his unwavering dedication to him has helped both of them through many dangerous situations.

Boktai's the main character of the Boktai series and the 'Solar Boy'. He wields Gun Del Sol (Spanglish for 'Gun of the Sun'), and is accompanied by Otenko. He is the son of the vampire hunter Red Ringo (who is not seen until the second game) and the moon beauty Mani. Django's home town is the city of the sun, San Miguel. Django is generally silent, but he does speak on some rare accessions.

Master Otenko is the terrestrial embodiment of the sun's will, and Messenger of the Sun. Otenko aids Django on his quest, serving as a mentor. Otenko also played partner to Red Ringo, Django's father. In the first Boktai game, he was petrified by Carmilla, yet his soul is sealed away inside Sabata. When Django defeated Sabata near the end of the first game, Otenko was set free. During a conversation with Hel, it was revealed that Otenko knew about Django and Sabata being brothers the whole time. In Boktai 2, Otenko was sealed away in Black Dainn's body. When Black Dainn is purified, Otenko is released. In Boktai 3, Otenko also decides to sacrifice himself to seal the Eternal, Vanargand, but is saved due to his strong bond with Django.

He was the main antagonist until Plankton appears. Ridley is known for being very defiant and persistent; though Samus has defeated him many times, he always manages to return and do battle with her, either through his healing abilities, cloning or robotic enhancements. He is also capable of speaking.

Lone Battle Droid

- During the Clone Wars, a lone battle droid deserted the Separatist Droid Army after being disconnected from the droid collective. A B1 battle droid forged by the Trade Federation, the droid had no independent thought, as its thinking was done by a Central Control Computer. It fought in numerous battles during the Clone Wars, but was continually damaged or destroyed, only to be rebuilt with new parts.

The droid was eventually posted to the planet Antamont along with a sizable Separatist force, as part of an attack on a Republic stronghold on the world. As the droid forces marched through a narrow mountain walkway, the B1 activated a Republic land mine. The explosion caused great damage, and the droid's connection to the central mainframe was severed. With newfound freedom and independent thought, the B1 put its own survival by any means as its number one objective and fled the battle.

Grapple Droid

- First presented in Battle of Antamont. It detected a deserter B1 battle droid and tried to convince it to return to the droid army. When the B1 droid refused, grapple droid attacked, but ended up falling apart, remaining barely functioning for a short while. Grapple droid was afraid of going off-line, but the B1 eased its fears, and showed compassion by staying with it until the grapple droid eventually shut down permanently.

His Terrennial is Nero, whom he "stole" from Dumas seven years prior to the beginning of the game. Due to his exposure to darkness, Lucian stopped aging, keeping the body of a 16 year old despite the fact that he is in reality 23 years of age. Lucian is not picky about his food.

Shinji is Sakura's brother, and Shirou's childhood friend. Due to the land of Fuyuki "rejecting" the Matou family, they had lost their magical potential by the time that Shinji was born. Thus, Shinji lacks a Magic Circuit (and thus, has no magical potential whatsoever). Despite this, he was somehow able to become the Master of Rider during the Fuyuki Holy Grail War, though he relied on a grimoire pre-loaded with spells for any sort of magical functions. Due to Shinji's utter lack of talent as a Magus, Rider was by ''far'' the weakest Servant in Shirou's home world, falling easily to Saber, and then ultimately killed by Berserker. Once he'd lost his original Servant, Shinji somehow managed to obtain temporary command of Gilgamesh from Kirei Kotomine. Zouken is the head of the Matou family. Cruel and unfeeling, little is known about him for the time being. However, he is an extremely capable Magus, and acted as the official seventh Master during the War, utilizing his Servant, True Assassin.

True assassin is an Assassin-class Servant who was meant to be summoned for the Fuyuki Holy Grail War, but was denied because Caster broke the rules and called in her own Assassin. He is only summoned in Heaven's Feel by Zouken Matou in order to take the Holy Grail for themselves and grant their shared desire for eternal life. His true identity is one of the nineteen ''original'' assassins, Hassan-i-Sabah. His Noble Phantasm - a form of the Noble Phantasm Zabaniya, shared by all True Assassins - is the curse-like Delusional Heartbeat, which uses the arm of Satan himself to crush a duplicate of the target's heart, crushing the real one as well.

All of these characters are taken from the Heaven's Feel scenario of VisualNovel/FateStayNight, meaning that they have no knowledge of Shirou's version of the Holy Grail War.
