Is there a trope about kids on sitcoms being replaced because they're not cute anymore?
Like when the first kid gets older, another cute kid is put on the show to keep ratings up.
Example: In The Cosby Show, When Rudy got older and "less cute", Olivia was introduced.

What would be the name of the trope used in the episode of SG-1 where Teal'c is basically dying and leaves the SGC, meeting and befriending the little girl who brings him food.
Teal'c: To show my gratitude, I have brought you a new weapon. One with increased range and firepower.

Something bad is threatening to happen — say, a big mess because of a stack of pies is falling over. A character puts in a heroic effort to prevent it, wheeling about here and there. He's successful! Crisis averted! Oh, wait, he missed that one thing happening over there. No… no… no… Ka-rash! A failure.
An example of this would be in the film of Prince of Persia: the hero has to keep any and all rocks from touching the floor, he makes a big show of catching a big one, and another small one immediately comes down. Is there a page for this?

The trope description for Celibate Hero claims that the opposite sex does show interest in the character, but he/she ignores it. What is the trope for a character who neither displays nor receives any kind of romantic interest? It doesn't have to be due to Asexuality, so it's not the same thing.
Or am I wrong, and Celibate Hero and Nature Adores a Virgin are not mutually inclusive?

Aside from Stable Time Loop (and maybe Time Travel Escape, but I'm not sure on that one), are there, in your opinion, any other Time Travel tropes in that story chronology chart◊ of Mitsumete Knight R?
(WARNING: MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR THE GAME IN THAT CHART. But that game is Japanese-only with no Fan Translation. It's up to you, depending on if you plan to play the game or not).
Thanks a ton in advance for your answers!

I know this happens in anime a lot. Is there a trope for when one character has suddenly reveals him/herself to be the ice cold pessimist, knower of awful truths, or just plain ominous, usually denoted by a shadowy face, and no eyes?
- MORE IMPORTANTLY**, is there a trope for when the person who is supposed to be intimidated by this turns out to have even darker secrets, more power/wisdom, etc., in turn freaking the first character, who has realized that he/she is actually the one in the dark?
