Even the most skilled martial artist cannot beat a guy capable ripping Humongous Mechas to shreds without the need of calling a mecha of his own. Fighter Roar wins on this case.

HOWEVER, here's the twist: If they were fighting using giant robots, and Hibiki was given a Motion-Capture Mecha specialized in melee combat, like the Soulgain or the Rai Oh, then she would be able to trump over the Compatible Kaiser, which is incredibly strong and impervious, but not agile nor mobile enough to counter a skilled Lightning Bruiser.

Pretty sure your avatar would win handily, but who's she exactly?

Weapon master, swords, various firearms (and likely most military weaponry), and anything she get when she doesn't have these with her (which is most time). She is also inhumanly fast.

Improvised weapon of choice: 200 yen coin projectiles with enough power to break bones. Nail were proven provide satisfactory result as well.

Cyclops is slow, but if he hits her, I doubt the body will be in one piece. Also, since he usually takes a while to comprehend that he's dying... Yeah.

Then again, if she really is that fast, she can probably just circle around him for a longer, longer while.

Walugi beat Fujiko and get beaten by anoter two personalities (fortunetely for him another one that is REALY dangerous weren't involved this time)

But can she defeat an Assassin who suddenly teleports right behind her and backstabs her?

Teleportation is pretty powerful, but stabbing weapons aren't usually effective against power armor. Green girl probably wins unless she gets taken totally by surprise.

I don't know, because I don't know who green girl is. But I'll support TBG-B here from previous comparison. Cruise missiles hurt :).

@V: TBG has no problem with huge mecha if she is properly equipped but I don't know the specifics of yours. Against Gundums, TBG could hold her own.
