What gave you the idea about the place you say you come from? What kind of place is that? There's internet there? You know. This is mostly a joke thread, althought maybe somebody writed a real life place there, but you can speak about it too. (Just avoid saying too much personal infornation).

I come from Ohio, or as most people call it, "are you sure that's not in the deep south?"

Well, I was talking about the writen text in our comment cards. You know, the text with sometimes funny irreal locations. The real life locations are for people who actually wrote a real life location in his/her profile.

I chose mine simply because I love dreams! I think about my dreams a lot, and they often give me inspiration for stories and other things. Also, some of my favorite works (Such as Klonoa, the series that my current avatar is from) revolve around dreams!

I was originally just going to put "dreams" as my location, but I thought that sounded too narcissistic.

Mine is my real-life residence. Whoo.

Mine is a secret. But rather than being a "TOP SECRET", is a secret message that everybody can decypher if you try to understand my personal code.

Mine is were I'm writing from.

Although sometimes I also write from my phone, so it's not always true .

It's an Iron Maiden album (one of their golden years ones)

Mine invokes paranoia, and it's somewhere I'd actually go, to blindly surprise friends and others!

I try to have my locations be references to classic rock. Like how it's currently the title of a song by The Animals, and before that, it was "All Along the Watchtower", since both Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan are awesome (moreso Jimi, though).

It's a bit of a obscure joke regarding my actual location being the Northeast of Brazil. A place known for being the rough area of Brazil, often stereotyped as a backwater Wretched Hive of ultra-macho banditos, so it is Brazil's equivalent to Grim Up North. And Northeastern identity itself involves viewing its own people as Had to Be Sharp due the tough enviroment.

It's also a ironic joke on how Grim Up North is usually a frozen Hell, whilst the Brazilian Northeast is scorching hot, near-desert-like in large swathes. Lastly, it alludes to the fact I'd prefer living in a frosty iceberg of a place like fantastical Grim Up North because I hate the heat.
