The "Survival Game" turns into a contest to see who can stay awake the longest. All the psychopathic characters are just mildly Crazy Awesome at best. Oh, and Yuno's love for Yuki? She actually just wants him to be her friend.

The demons are simply referred to as monsters, Hitler is removed from Persona 2 altogether, the cases go from murder to simple vandalism, and no one dies, they're just sent to the dungeon.

x2 Many, many demons, including series staples such as Satan and Metatron would be removed outright. Law would equal Good, Chaos would equal Evil, and the common God/YHVH vs. Lucifer theme would be replaced with a civil war that does not involve heaven or hell at all.
And of course, no Mara in sight.
The main character always goes down the Light Side, events at Korriban aren't shown, and the Rakghouls are toned down.

No more vulgarity, the Nerd's swearing is changed to Totally Radical phrases filled to the brim with Gosh Dang It to Heck!, any and all booze is made into Frothy Mugs of Water, and the violence is greatly toned down.
People don't die, they simply faint; Ruby's mom is trapped in the shadow realm; Yang's... assets are greatly toned down; and Cinder becomes a generic run-of-the-mill supervillain.
