This thread is for general discussion of page quotes, whether to change, move or remove them.
Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/) or, if they don't have an article, on Quotes Looking for an Article.
Image captions are discussed elsewhere and have their own thread in the Image Pickin' forum.

I'd suggest cutting it.
(Annoyed grunt)The quote on White-and-Grey Morality reminds me more of Poor Communication Kills. Anybody seeing the relevance here?

Also the quote on Big Little Man doesn't seem to fit the trope.
Well, a lot of the discription of White-and-Grey Morality sounds like Poor Communication Kills so...
UsefulNotes.Furry Fandom's quote seems to be more about a person fetishising Gadget from Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and not about the fandom itself. (The Pothole doesn't help, of course, but that's a secondary issue IMO.)
Not sure if any of the quotes on the quotes page really work all that well, though, and being involved with said fandom I'm leery of stepping in myself.
All your safe space are belong to TrumpBoth Kill All Humans and Crush Kill Destroy has quotes that are just restating the trope name (with very minor variation). I don't like any of the options in the subpage, however.
The Power of Legacy has two quotes. I'm in favor of the first (the Dominic Deegan one), because it's more clear how the trope applies there.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)I don't like either The Power of Legacy quotes. The first is just repeating the name, and the quotes tab isn't much better.
LEGO Adaptation Game has a complainy critic quote. Anything better, or should it just be removed with no replacement?
I'm always in favor of no quote rather than a complainy critic quote.
The Lego quote definitely isn't adding anything to the page.
Plagiarism in Fiction has two quotes. I vote for the second one.
Hm... I prefer the first one, but the second is more demonstrative.
I like the first, but both of them are a person speaking about "real life" (I realize that's a very tenuous claim about the second).
Here is another option, from the Quotes page:
-If you copy from one author, it's plagiarism; if you copy from many, it's research.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. They all look good to me.
Two-Part Trilogy has yet another whiny online critic quote that I don't remember seeing there before, although the edit history suggests it's not new.
Plagiarism in Fiction quote changed.
Agreed to ditch the critic quote on Two-Part Trilogy. Any suggested alternatives?
There's no quotes page. I can't imagine it'd be that hard to find something on the internet, though.
Anything useful in the examples?
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettOld Save Bonus's quote doesn't seem to have anything relating to the trope.
Macron's notesIt's referring to a (somewhat) infamous boss fight in a Metal Gear game where the game would read you save data from other games and trash talk you based on what games are present. The same boss does Interface Screw by changing the active controller (in other words, you have to remove your controller and plug it in somewhere else to keep playing), stuff like that.
I am not speaking from firsthand experience, never played the game, so my details may be off, but that's what it's talking about in the general sense.
So it's relevant, but not actually a bonus—the quote is just the game reacting to the data, not actually giving you anything—for instance, playing Ace Combat Zero with Ace Combat 04 and 5 data will unlock special planes; playing Tales of Xillia 2 with Tales of Xillia data will give you little plushies of Jude and Milla (the original game's main characters) to attach to your characters; etc.
And also there's the obvious fact that if you're not familiar with the game it's from, the quote isn't very meaningful out of context.
I say kill it.
Trouser Space now has both the picture and the quote from the same show. I think the quote could just be moved to the caption and we could find a new quote to use.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. Is there any hard policy against it? I know variety is preferred, but I don't think it really matters if the quote and image comes from the same source. I personally like it better than the other options in the Quotes subpage, although admittedly it would work slightly better as the pic's caption.
The quotes for Revolver and Pet Sounds are both very glowing towards both works. Are these types of quotes okay?

As far as I know, gushing tend to be more acceptable than complaining, but I think those two are a tad bit excessive.
Crown Description:
What should be the page quote for Monster.Fan Works?
Quote is removed.
Also, the quote in Scary Scorpions is an excerpt from a Cracked article which pretty much subverts this trope. Cut?
