What's one of your favorite Final Boss Battles?

I have to say that honor goes to the final fight between Solid Snake and Liquid Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid 4. Going through the various iterations of the fight with the life bars and songs from all the previous games, it really sells it as the ultimate final battle of the franchise.

Traditional boss battles tend to not really be my kind of thing because of the industry's gravitation toward damage sponges and overly long fights that take an eternity, but I think Rayman Origins had an excellent final sequence that tested all of the skills you'd developed over the course of the game.

If you had a radio show, what kinds of music would you play?

If I had a radio show, I'd try to play a different genre of music each airing (Hard rock one show, Motown-style Soul the next, heavy metal the one after that, etc.), peppering it with a healthy dose of humor in between songs and maybe the odd guest star for special occasions.

Would you tune in to a show like that?

I can do a pretty good Sharlto Copley impression. I'll do it to make a comically exaggerated Cluster F-Bomb.

No, seriously, though. My father IS dead, so I can't answer it in the present tense, but what he used to do was work in a warehouse.

Was there ever a movie that was So Bad, It's Good that your enjoyment of its suckiness prevented you from seeing its obvious, glaring flaws?

Not a movie, but watching Sonic 06's cutscenes knowing how horrible the story is just made it 3 times better.

I'd say the Sharknado movies are this to me. At least until Sharknado 4... my god that movie sucked!

What's your favorite machinima series?

Djy1991's adaptation of Half-Life: Full Life Consequences. One of the first machinima series I ever watched, and the one I most fondly remembers. I find the limp ragdoll-y movements of everyone to still be hilarious these days.

Oh god I have so many!

Right now, I'd say Edward Elric.

One complaint I have with a lot of works is that the protagonist is either too boring, too melodramatic, and too bland. But Edward? I feel he does the "Protagonist with a tragic past" trope RIGHT. While his past is tragic, he isn't too melodramatic or "emo" about it.

He's also a Badass Bookworm and I love those types of characters. And he also has some of the best moments in Fullmetal Alchemist. The Wacky Marriage Proposal anyone?

Ask me tomorrow, and I'd give a different answer, but at the moment it's Jubal Early. The concept of someone who seems like he's very introspective but is a complete fucking psycho is a very interesting.

I usually watch Vinny's and Joel's streams from time to time. Haven't really watched any of anyone else's videos. I blame GRAND DAD for bringing my attention to them.

Either The Mighty Jingles or Zak from KyokoProStudios. I could talk about military history and waifus warships with them all day.

What fictional character would you become if you could?

Whew...there are tons of characters I wouldn't mind being if given the chance to become them. Many of the characters in my avatar gallery are characters whose shoes I wouldn't mind being in though. To narrow it down, though, If I could become a Pokemon it would be either Flygon (if I can't be Legendary) or Lugia. For a non-Pokemon character in my gallery though, either '77 Elliot (because dragons are cool) or Destiny (because I would love to be a whale shark).

Dave Lister. The guy is the most balanced character that has all the traits I wish I had. He's a bit of a layabout and knows how to relax, but is very capable when the need arises. He's confident and comfortable in his own skin, and can be very heroic. He's also got a great sense of humor and comedic timing. Plus, he's got his own space ship, which I always wish I had.
