Here's the place to inquire about pages whose images aren't potholed to anything.
Google Image Search and Tineye
are good resources.
Images Without a Source lists the pages that have been discussed in this thread but haven't been sourced yet. Once a source is found for an image, please add it to the appropriate Image Source pagenote and remove it from Images Without a Source.
About Images and Copyright covers our general policies about image use; see here for more details and Image Pickin' forum policies. It's always a good idea to link images to their original versions and (when available) providing a link to the artist's site when they are located, especially if we're given permission to use an image.note

Google tells me the comic artist with a "K@" signature is Katrin Luessenheide Salyers. I couldn't find the original source, but judging by the style and the content it's from her Broken by Design series which was a side comic on a web design site. We have no page for it.

devART. Artist writes "Done for the online game Crimson Moon" - there are images with the title slapped on, so it seems like it's the official image for it (at least for some adverts).

sorry, I just made an edit that may be relevant. Apparently it's an official ad image for an online game.
I think the image on Sir Index of Tropes is from Adventure Quest, but I want to be sure before I pothole it.
