- O Brother, Where Art Thou?: Danny Ocean, a dubious therapist, and Barton Fink have misadventures while running from Mr. Kruger. They get caught up with Klan member Sully and Ocean tries to reunite with his wife Elastigirl.
- O Lucky Man!: Alex DeLarge is a coffee salesman who meets several people on his travels, many several times over, including Captain Mainwaring as his foreman, a mayor and an African official; Jane Tennison as a free-spirited rich girl and a secretary; Captain Phillip Blumbertt as an interrogator and a Salvation Army Major; Andy Dalziel as an MC, his chauffeur, and a male nurse; Compo as two different policemen; Terry Collier as an examination doctor; and Boba Fett as a car crash victim, an experimental patient and a man with a sign.
- Ocean's Eleven and its sequels: Dr. Ross, Tyler Durden, and Jason Bourne join up with Gigli's younger brother, Paul Rusesabagina and others to pull heists with the (sometimes questionable) help of Julianne Potter, Velma Kelly, an Anglican Inquisitor, and the dad from Big Fish. Notable foes include Michael Corleone and Kirill.
- The Astronaut version: Matt Kowalski, Roy McBride, Mark Watney, Luke Graham, Tom Cooper and a bunch of others gather to commit high profile heists. A pity it's not in space. And one of their foes is Chuck Baker (French dub). Ryan Stone also gathers her own team to such ends, and Kowalski happens to be her brother.
- Ocean's 8: Scarlet Overkill leads a band of thieves including (or against) Catwoman (the third one), Lady Tremaine, Disgust, Bellatrix Lestrange and Bubble.
- The original 1960 version: Private Angelo Maggio, Matt Helm, the Head Ratte, Lord Lovat, Joey Barnes, and many others gather together to rob a casino in Las Vegas. One of their foes is The Joker.
- October Sky: Donnie Darko teams up with Chuck Sherman, Bullethead, and Jesse to win a science fair. Dr. Ellie Satler is their teacher.
- The Odd Life of Timothy Green: Jenna Rink and Tom Buchanan get themselves a very strange kid.
- Odd Thomas: Ensign Pavel Chekov can see demonic entities. Norman Osborn is his friend on the force.
- Of Mice and Men: Lt. Dan and Cyrus "The Virus" Grissom are 30s migrant workers, but Cyrus is, well, slower than most folks. They both get work at a farm, where they deal with Audrey Horne, the lovely wife of the farmer's son 3D. Also stars Mr. Hand as a fellow farmhand and Silas Stone.
- 1939 version: The two migrant workers are the Penguin and the Wolf Man.
- Old: Coco and Alma went on a beach vacation with their children, joined by The Dag, the couple Doimika Tsing & Miles Straume and John Murdoch. However, when these children suddenly grew up to its size like Peter, Elsa and Beth March, the group surely have trouble on this mystery beach.
- Oldboy (American version): Thanos is trapped in a room for years. He wants to take revenge on the people that wrongfully imprisoned him in a hotel for years and reunite with his daughter Scarlet Witch. But first, Thanos has to take down Nick Fury, Christopher Moltisanti, Mantis and Wikus. One of Fury's goons is none other than Elliot Anderson.
- Old Dogs: The Genie, a werewolf, and Bolt suddenly have to take care of a pair of young twins. Their mother, Jetstream, and the girl are Bolt's real-life wife and daughter, but Bolt isn't the one personally involved with them.
- Oleander: Nausicaa has to deal with her breaking Speeching Evil Matriarch Catwoman (the first one) while drifting through several different foster homes, including Bridget Jones'.
- The Omen (1976): Atticus Finch discovers (by among others, the Second Doctor) that his foster son is The Antichrist. Chancellor Gorkon and Horace Rumpole give Atticus a hand in his quest to defeat the devil. General Rieekan and Dominic Da Vinci show up in minor roles.
- In Damien: Omen II, the Antichrist is a teenager and is a news reporter. One of his schoolteachers is Frank Black. His adoptive father is Max Schumacher and his adoptive mother is Felicia Karpf. Various characters in this installment include Paul Bäumer, Juno, a sick passenger, Major Sidney Freedman, Horace Rumpole again, and Anthony Bouvier.
- In the third film, Atticus' son grows up to be Dr. Alan Grant, with Colonel Edward Mason, Emile de Becque, and Juliana showing up as well.
- In the Made-for-TV Movie Omen IV: The Awakening, you have Juliet Parrish, Mayor Ebert, Lieutenant General George S. Hammond, Samantha Mulder and not much else.
- The Omen (2006): Martin Baron and Kat Stratford's adopted son turns out to be the Anti-Christ (maybe they should've known something weird was going on when Rosemary Woodhouse showed up as the little tyke's nanny). Dumbledore, Remus Lupin and Roland Tembo try to help Martin out.
- Olympus Has Fallen: When terrorists led by Takeshi and take president Two-Face hostage, it's up to Leonidas, seeking redemption for failing to save Two-Face's wife Libby Parsons, to save him.
- On The Town: Don Lockwood and the original Danny Ocean have twenty-four hours to see New York City.
- Once Upon a Time in Hollywood: Calvin Candie and Aldo Raine are two guys out to make a name for themselves in Hollywood. As fate has it, Harley Quinn lives next door, and all are about to cross paths with Charles Manson. Ryu acts in kung fu movies.
- 187: Nick Fury is a dedicated teacher who embarks on a vigilante mission against a bunch of troublemaking students, one whom is Ayel. Peter McCallister is Fury's burned-out sleazebag colleague.
- One Hour Photo: Popeye is a (nonromantic) Stalker with a Crush fixated on Lucilla's beautiful family (Non) Hilarity Ensues when he finds out they're noOft so perfect. With a special guest appearance by a mass-production EVA unit.
- One Night Stand (1997): Nino Brown cheats on his wife Chun-Li with Irena Gallier while visiting his friend Wayne Gale. Gale is dying of AIDS and Nino meets his brother Dale Cooper, who introduces him to his wife, who is none other than Irena!
- Only Lovers Left Alive: Loki loves Jadis 4ever (literally) and then he meets her sister Alice. With Prof. Broom, Mr. Chekov, and Agent Felix Leiter.
- Oppenheimer:
- Tommy Shelby, the theoretical physicist credited with being the "father of the atomic bomb" for his role in the Manhattan Project, the American World War II undertaking that developed the first nuclear weapons. Also starring Mary Poppins, Jason Bourne, Iron Man, Yelena Belova, Bernard, Alan McMann, Tyland Lannister, John Connor, Nick Nikas, Brad Noonan, Harry Osborn, Han Solo, Leah, Virgil Malloy, Private Joker, John Tate, Marvel, Polka-Dot Man, Freddy Mercury, Gilderoy Lockhart, Tarzan, Tom Pullings, Floki, Josh Nichols, Spencer Gilpin, Sideswipe, and Commissioner Gordon.
- World War II Special: Jozef Gabčík (one of the assassins of Reinhard Heydrich), works on the atomic bomb, and to do so he needs some help from another Heydrich who has to be smuggled out of German-occupied Denmark. After the war, yet another Heydrich is the prosecutor of his security clearance hearing (orchestrated in secret by the son of Howard Stark). Gabčík also turns to the aging father of the theory of relativity, Colonel Lawrence, for advices in times of doubt, and his crack team of physicists to build the bomb includes First Lieutenant/Captain Danny Walker under the supervision of Private James Francis Ryan. Meanwhile, the Germans use the knowledge of physicist Klaus Barbie to try building their own atomic bomb. Additionally, Edwin Jarvis was once Gabčík's teacher. Oh, and, in this reality, Winston Churchill is President of the USA (and he's quite a jerkass).
- Opportunity Knocks: Con artists Garth Algar and "Hippy" owe gangster Vice Principal Strickland some money, so they bust into a house whose owner is on vacation. Hilarity Ensues when they hear a message on the owner's answering machine; seems the guy who was supposed to be housesitting can't make it, so Garth pretends to be him. The homeowner's dad is General William Grey and his sister is Christie Masters.
- Oranges And Sunshine: Reba the blind photography chemist is a (questionable) social worker who meets Elrond and Faramir after she uprooted them from England and shipped them to Australia to endure orphanages of terror. Waldreg is there too, witnessing everything.
- The Order: Sir William Thatcher and Robert Baratheon are part of an order that specializes in fighting demons and other hell-spawn, RoboCop is a cardinal, and Lord Corlys Velaryon is a New York Detective.
- Ordinary People: Alex Reiger is the psychiatrist for Nathan Ford, who fell into a depression after the death of his big brother. His parents are President Snow and Mary Richards.
- Orphan: One of the few things on which pianist Norma Bates agrees with her apathetic architect husband Hector is that a drastic change is needed to save their rocky marriage. With the burden of Hector's past infidelity, the emotional distance of their rebellious adolescent son Tony/The Flash, and the helplessness of their deaf younger daughter Becky, the loss of Norma's third baby in childbirth breaks her sanity and drowns her in a sea of alcoholism. In an attempt to find an alternative outlet of love meant for their stillborn child, the Bates take in a mysterious 9-year-old Russian orphan called Clove. Becky, in her innocence, is ecstatic to finally have a big sister; Tony is less than enthusiastic due to the bullying he receives at school from her eccentricities. Polite and creative, Clove initially has a sensitivity and charm that begins to thaw the frozen hearts of the Bates couple... and that's when people around them start getting hurt.
- Orphan: First Kill: younger Clove as she poses as the missing daughter of a wealthy American family after escaping the Saarne Institute and emigrating from Estonia to America. However something unexpected arrives, leading to Clove being on edge with the matriarch of the family, Kat Stratford.
- Oscar: Rocky makes a promise to his dying father Spartacus that he'll give up his life of crime, only to discover that the promise isn't so easy to keep after Dean Porter comes asking for his "daughter's" hand in marriage and his real daughter Mona Lisa Vito claims to be pregnant so she can marry her wayward boyfriend; it only gets more complicated from there. Features cameos by Mortimer Duke, Boon, Dave Kujan, Wadsworth, Walter Peck, Derek Smalls, the Master, Princess Aura, and Lily Munster. (It's just that kind of a movie.)
- The Other Boleyn Girl: The Girl with a Pearl Earring and her sister Padmé Amidala (or Natasha Romanoff and Jane Foster, if you prefer) have issues with their king, the Incredible Hulk (no, not the other one). Natasha's first husband is Sherlock Holmes, and her second is Marius. (And if you like bending history, their father is Thomas Cromwell.)
- The Other Guys: When Cowboy Cops Mace Windu and The Scorpion King are sidelined, lower-tiered cops Ron Burgundy and Leo Davidson step up to fight evil billionaire Damian Cockburn. With Agent Ajedrez as Ron's wife.
- The Other Woman (2014): Lawyer Fiona is having an affair with Jaime Lannister until she finds out he's married to Debbie. Then they find out he's cheating on both of them with Bernice... Steffie is Fiona's secretary, Kelly Severide is Debbie's brother, and Nash Bridges is Fiona's father.
- Our Family Wedding: Betty Suarez is getting married to Calvin Payne, much to her science teacher-dad's chagrin. Her future father-in-law is Idi Amin. Oh yeah, and Mike Chang is there too.
- Our Idiot Brother: Brian Fantana is the chilled-out hippie daydream dude to his type-A sisters Carley Bobby, Holly Shiftwell, and Trillian.
- The Out-Laws (2023): Bumper, a bank manager. He's about to marry the woman he loves, Elena Gilbert, but on their very wedding week, his bank is robbed by criminals. Bumper very strongly suspects the criminals might be none other than... his future in-laws James Bond and Abigail Sponder.
- Outland: Federal Marshal James Bond is head of security in a mining outpost on Io, a Jovian moon, which is being managed by Frankenstein’s Monster. Mine workers including Lloyd Manning, Cliff Clavin and Lt. Col. Podovsky die due to drugs, and it’s up to 007 to investigate. Also appearing are Deputy Virginia, Dr. David Howser, Edmund Pevensie, Det. Lester Freamon, Gen. Westlake, Orson/Inky, and Gold Leader.
- Outlaw King: Steve Trevor is a Scottish rebel leader fighting against the invading English forces. Joining him are the other Quicksilver and his wife Yelena Belova.
- The Outsiders: Preston Webb is a young outcast who lives with his brothers Johnny Castle and Benjamin Kane, but has to run away when his best friend Daniel LaRusso kills Leonard Unger. Preston's other friends are Trip Murphy, Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg, and Otto Maddox.
- Oz the Great and Powerful: Harry Osborn is a magician who gets lost in a strange land and meets three witches: Lily of the West, Evie of the East, and Alma of the South. Also starring JD's voice and Joxer.
